GNC, Prescott Valley AZ

Terrible Customer service. Went in to buy Protein Powder. They only had one flavor available out of 3 or 4 others usually available. Salesman there (the blond kid with the airpods in his ears) told me if I didn't like the flavor, I could exchange it for something better when the other flavors came in. So I did that.it was gross (it was like fruitty pebbles flavored protein), a couple days later, they had my favorite flavor, the cinnamon crunch flavor so I went to exchange it. Same salesman said I needed to pay an additional $20 because when I purchased it originally, it was on sale and now it wasn't so I couldn't just do an even exchange. He never said I would have to pay extra since it was on sale and made it seem like it was no biggie to do an exchange.

Also called the manager and he backed up his employees choice. Also, the blonde salesman kind of smirked and shrugged at me the entire time. Not very personable. Poor sales. I'm a GNC member who used to go in there all the time, now i just order from another company online. Won't ever go back and I used to spend roughly 80-100 bucks there every month. Oh well.hope it was worth the $20 you saved!

There was well over 8 people in the store when I went in there went around the corner to grab what I needed. I get to the front to pay and all is going good and the guy says before I walk out if he could go through my bag since it was open when I walked in. I get it I'm a man with a purse. Of course I let him go through my bag because I paid for what I needed. I walked in the store with my purse open because I grabbed my phone out of it. I'm sure if it were a woman it wouldn't have been a problem but because I'm a brown man it was? Make it make sense.

Probably one of the best experiences I had at a GNC store and obviously others will have different opinions due to different interactions with certain individuals.

Elijah, (I assume is the correct spelling) was very friendly, informative and very helpful. From first entering the store, to shopping with curious questions on certain products, to checking out and lastly exiting the store.

I'm from Flagstaff area, stopped in due to visiting for the day (also Flagstaff location is closed) and I would come back because of his great customer service!

I asked the worker if he had any preworkout on sale, and as he’s walking away from me towards the office in the back, he said no not really. He left the door open and proceeded to Vape and watch videos on his phone. GNC will hire anyone.

Pricey but if you need something right now - they have it.and the young man that helped us was very kind and knowledgeable

GNC Prescott valley the people there care about their customers I know you probably thinking the same B, S but I'm not joking if you buy one product and you're getting something else it's just going to cancel it out or not work for you they'll let you know right out front plus I was in there today they have a new addition her name is Cheyenne she seems to be a very sweet young lady and I believe she's going to be a nice addition to the GNC in Prescott valley

Worst GNC I’ve ever been to. Sold out of absolutely everything including their own GNC line? No selection, unknowledgeable staff. Save yourself a trip and order online from Amazon. Only went here for convenience but they had empty spots all over their shelf’s & my first option (their GNC line) was sold out, as well as my two back up options.

Guy working there didn't really know too much about what he was selling. Plus the stuff he sold me was 2 months expired. At least he was nice I guess

Great service, nice ppl. I enjoy my conversations there because they know about their products and always look out for me so i can get the most bang for my buck.

Always get what I need here. Always have good selection and will order anything they don't have. The people that work here are also really nice.

The staff is so knowledgeable and always available to help it's nice to know that they are so knowledgeable
