Terrible mechanics and service manager that lied. They replaced the engine in our ranger 2 years ago and now say we need a new engine again and that we have all kinds of problems because of it. The same service manager and mechanic that replaced the engine 2 years ago are the ones telling us this. And he lied and said he couldn't look up information from the previous owners, then found the invoice when my husband called.

Service department has Uncertified mechanics working on your stuff. Gives you a quote for fifteen hundred dollars. Says the motor needs to be replaced on a motor you just had replaced at the same place 2 years ago. Then tells me can't find the paperwork. Because they just bought the place from some of the other company Then magically finds the paperwork and tells me he can't warrant it. Because it's no longer Four Seasons anymore. Very shady company don't do business with them no customer service

Nate was up front and honest, from the start. We chose Go AZ because of Nate. Everyone there was extremely helpful, we will be giving a rave review on media.

The prices seem to have gone up with new ownership. Service department staff are excellent. I’ve tried Show Low and Heber for service and always come back to Rye.

Worked with Dori to purchase a 2023 Outlander Max, and she went above and beyond to make a deal! She was an excellent communicator and was an open book on the process and pricing. I had a little bit of an issue with some things at first, but she reached out to me with a very apparent and sincere interest to make things right as rain! Highly recommend giving this place a try before purchasing from the valley dealerships as the reduced fees, lower out of city rax rate and their upfront pricing will likely save you thousands without having to pull teeth to get it!
