No customer service my internet has been down for hours. I am calling the PUC to file, they should have the decency to list there outages and ETR on their website, they are not a real internet company.

This place gets a negative star!
The worst Wi-Fi you can imagine and people who just hang up on you and your left with no Wi-Fi for hours.

A man came out to “service our connection” and when he left nothing worked or would connect to the Wi-Fi. But before he arrived, everything was working just fine. The ladies were rude and said that I was being rude when I just want my Wi-Fi when that’s exactly what we paid for do not trust these people do not give them your money.

They really don't care about their customers at all and really don't care about bad service

I don't think they even deserve one star. We have had their service for a month and no joke almost every week we are having problems with this service. It is slow not the fast internet we are paying for and we lose the internet all the time. This company and the service is a joke. NOT WORTH THE $70.00 WE PAY FOR. This is one customer that will not be going through them anymore when our month is up. And total we have paid $140.00.total now

Not getting the speeds I pay for at all there bs service is double natting 24/7 doesn't even work half the time tempted to take it into the bbb at this point because you can not charge people for service you are refusing to give them looks like starlink here I come
