I went in to see about getting my truck repaired and was towed that most people come in with an idea of what's wrong and end up spending a whole lot of money other places. These guys said they do evaluations first. Want to see the evaluation they tell you what's wrong and tell you what it takes to fix it and then they do it. So we'll see this week with the evaluation says but I like the fact that they just didn't set me up to try to believe me for money like most mechanics do. Good works it's more like Good deeds.

They did a prepurchase inspection for me, very thorough, professional and affordable. They got me in quickly and did a great job in a timely manner. I will be back for future service.

Should be called Great Works, honestly. The customer service here is amazing. I came in for a freon recharge and it was done in a timely manner (was there from 10: 30-2). Alan went over the inspection report with me without trying to sell me any services - it was just for the sole purpose of helping me understand what was up with my car, and I appreciate that. The owner is also a nice guy. I’ll definitely be coming back here the next time my car has a problem. Thank you!

You can count on Good Works to be HONEST, which, sadly, is rare for auto repair businesses these days. Went in and dropped my vehicle off with no hassle. I was kept updated on the status of everything, and they didnt do anything without asking first. My truck was fixed in a timely matter at a great cost. They made it super easy for me, and it was an overall great experience.

This place is awesome. Great people to help you with your car. Might be out of your pocket range but it 1000% satisfaction when it comes to customers service

My girlfriend and I went there yesterday, and staff was extremely friendly off the bat. We went to them for an synthetic oil change, it was $66, and came with a full inspection. We waited less than an hour and got a full report, then they walked us through the entire report telling us what needed to be looked at and what was most severe. Outstanding service, will go there 10/10 times as long as we live in Phoenix.

Zero pressure. They want you to be safe. I feel like they've taken care of me and made all the right decisions in the last year-and-a-half that I've been utilizing Good Works.

Very little communication, assuming things needed to be replaced when I fact they didn't need to be. Mechanic failed to follow typical procedure after brake replacement. Car was not done when told.

It's never positive when you have to go see a mechanic. The shop staff was very upbeat and fair with the cost of repairs. The shop foreman was very helpful in meeting and exceeding my expectations. They also completed the repairs in a timely manner not to mention the helpful shuttle service.

Top notch customer care. Trustworthy guys that work hard to make sure your vehicle is fixed with the best materials while encouraging proper maintenance to AVOID the big ticket repairs and lengthy downtime that comes with poor maintenance and cutting corners. E-mails w/ pics showing fluid and tire conditions and an inspection report. Impressive.
