Has been my Dr office for long time. I was sad that my Doctor retired. I got very good service last time that I was there with other Doctor.

The absolute worst doctor ever. If they.answer the phone they will not help you one bit. I have tried to get through to them for weeks

By far the worst service in the medical field. There is always a huge confusion when calling both offices, no one wants to ever help you.i spent 1hr on the phone and resolved nothing, because one office can't contact the other office even though they are both owned by the same doctor. This is pathetic how I they can't get there stuff together and make it and easier experience for the patient. I will not be going here any more Chrostowski get your shiiiit together and your staff together.

Horrible staff, tried to make an appointment but the person doing the schedule was rude and incompetent. Won't be coming here anymore.

I am really disappointed. I have been coming to this Dr's office for years and now that they had changed so many drs and front office, you can't get a hold of anyone to schedule an appt and long waits to see the the NP. Recently I had a follow up with the NP just to get my results and never had to do a tele visit, normally they would have the assistant call me. That is all they really needed to do. Sat on the phone for almost an hour waiting for the NP to give me my results. And then to be charged another 40.00 Time to go somewhere else.

I’m okay with the wait time personally since I’m sure they’re busy, but they need to find a better system to handle appointments. It would be nice if they sent out a confirmation as soon as an appointment is booked, and shortly before the appointment takes place. I called to confirm an appointment for May 25th that I booked on May 4th, and they had no record of the call taking place even though my call logs showed otherwise. I scheduled time off of work for this appointment and I have little confidence that my appointments are actually valid, so I will go elsewhere moving forward. I initially waited 4 months to be established as a patient, but I wanted to warn others that they should triple check that they actually put you on schedule. This means having to wait 30 min on hold each time. I could have waited months to find out my appointment was never actually made when I first got established. Luckily, that wasn’t the case until now. No disrespect to the employees, but something needs to change.

My husband has been here 1 time. Called to make an appointment a year ago was on hold for 40 minutes. They gave us the wrong location for my husbands appointment, made him reschedule and wait another 2 months after waiting for the first appointment which was 5 months from the day I scheduled it. Finally gets to the see the doctor, his appointment time was 11: 15am didn’t get called back till 11: 45am, the doctor didn’t come in till 12: 15pm. Then the doctor was in the room for maybe a couple minutes. My husband then wanted to get in to be seen quickly for potential flu and they couldn’t get him in for 3 weeks. Fast forward to today and when I called I was on hold for 45 minutes just to be told there are no available appointments till September for my husband who is a patient and for myself as a new patient. The receptionist also was extremely rude and nasty to me from the very beginning. Endless to say will never go back and did not schedule any further appointments.
