Goodwill Outlet Store and Donation Center reviews
7Love the store but not so sure about some of the employees working there, really rude and no coping skills and some of them are charging more than what they should b charging! Who can I talk to?
The Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona Nogales, Arizona outlet store location has played a vital role in the local business community not only as a shopping destination but as a dedicated organization providing those in need the necessary resources they made need.
Well the workers are very rude.everything is all over the floor and place.
To top it off my husband ended up getting cut with a sharp glass where the cloth section was.
And all the did was give him a band aid.
This should be called the outlet to outlet stores. Bad selections.extremely bad selections.or no real selection aat all. But in all fairness, one must take the demographics in consideration to the very, very poor that flux from our border neighbor to the south. Those who are used to the stores in metropolitan cities this is not worth the visit.
The store itself is great the employees however need retraining.
Worst experience ever the manager it's a very rude person and when I was there i had a lot of change one's and she told me to go and shop somewhere else because she didn't need any change she was calling stupid to her employees her name is lupita Gonzalez please check out on this lady if you have problems call the police not corporate because she has friends on Tucson and nobody does anything.
Don't believe the pictures you've seen online. They depict a well-kept store with clothes tagged and neatly arranged on carousels. However, the reality is that everything is dumped into plastic troughs, and you're expected to dig through them to find what you want. Items are dirty and often broken. The store is badly understaffed.cashiers barely have time to breathe, let alone offer assistance. I've been to many a Goodwill in my time, and this is easily the sorriest of the bunch.
