Goodwill Store and Donation Center, Tucson AZ

Retail prices, don't come here if your looking for a Goodwill good deal. The store is one of the more expensive ones and it's nicer, but you pay for it.

I like going to these places because you never know what to expect. They make no promises. And just let your creativity run wild. If I have any kind of art project going on, fun family and friends get togethers, and I need materials I can usually find something here to complete my ideas. "It's an imagination store, Uniquely create your self. "

Purchased a pair of jeans for my brother.took them home to wash them before giving them to him. In the pocket I found a dirty blue medical mask. Staff is not checking the clothing as it comes in. Also on the rack i seen a dirty women's top. Enclosed is my receipt and photo.

This is the nicest Goodwill I have ever been to. They have a mix of new and used items. My kids actually enjoyed and liked the selections.

The clothing is not sorted by size so I guess they don't mind wasting shoppers' time. They attempt to group items by type but it's done half-heartedly. Nothing special about this place.

Very unfriendly when I entered the store. Even after browsing for a few minutes Nothing was said to me. But they sure did welcome the next customer that walked in. I walked out and wouldn't buy anything from them Ever!

Nice stuff, if you are a size 8 or smaller. Very few things for someone 14+. Prices are high. I bought the same brand at another Goodwill store for 1/3 the price.

What I experienced in this store shopping. I try to shop for handbags here sometimes with my friend. I felt very uncomfortable, how employees watching your steps and moves. Who wants that.

They were really strict yelled at me for my. Mask falling off and made my freinds kid get off the floor cause it was tacky

I discovered this little hidden gem about a year and a half ago and I absolutely love it the staff and management at the store are great the product is awesome they always have great sales were you can get things up to 50% depending on what the sales that week is.somethings are a little pricey but again a lot of namebrand and high end items that you would pay 3 to 4 times more retail; A lot of the items are brand new and even have the price tag. I am usually at the store at least twice a week! Kudos to the staff the girls that work there are very nice and very helpful and friendly.

Prices are great. Selection really good. Will go back again when I dont have the hubby along so I can spend more time

I was beyond shocked to read the review that named Trisha as a bad employee. I have been traveling 140 miles (round trip) once a week for two years to shop at this establishment, and let me just say that she is the best thing about this boutique! She is the epitome of stellar customer service. I firmly believe that customers who get angry when being told to please wear their mask—because it is the company’s policy—should not take it out on the employee. Ridiculous!

Do not go here! It's a waste of time. The staff, Trisha is absolutely rude and awful! The prices are NOT worth the experience you will come across! I would rather pay extra to have people who are nice, helpful, and polite. After reading the response below I feel accurate information should be disclosed. When we walked in the gal said you need to have a mask on, at that time I said ok and put a mask on with ZERO reluctance and full compliance. Not ONE TIME did anyone approach me while I was shopping and ask me to wear a mask appropriately because the ONLY time I had my mask down was to drink. After speaking with your district manager who informed me that it HAS NOT BEEN ths policy to not allow drinks in the stores until about a month ago when issues with COVID came up. However, even with this new policy there was NO WHERE POSTED that No drinks or food was allowed! This is even when the employee, whom I am assuming is the store manager stated that it was the policy and then walked with me to the front to show me where it was posted and then surprise surprise it wasn't posted anywhere and she rudely said well it's our policy and you can contact this number if you have questions. How can a customer know a store policy if it isn't posted and its not available during their trip there? There is NO excuse for the rudness from this employee and I truly hope people think about where they are spending their money before supporting a business that is like this. The district manager seemed very nice and understanding and agreed with what I had to say so pretty odd that the response was posted how this was. Must be from the rude employee trying to cover her actions up. Again, BUYERS take your money elsewhere as long as Trisha is employed there.

I came in looking for a professional outfit for an interview and had very limited time to look. I asked the woman named Laura if she could help me and she was very helpful! She put together a few outfits and made sure i was happy with what i left with. Will definitely return!
