Goodwill Thrift Store and Donation Center, Tucson AZ

First time today never again. Was looking something for my sister lady yelled at me for no mask. 1st no one in store had a mask on other than the employees, 2nd no sign of required mask to enter at door. I felt like she was either racist or idk why only when 20 other people at store are not wearing a mask

Yes it was a employee because once i turn around and told her excuse me and she went in into the back employees area

The staff is friendly and helpful. My 3 star rating is because it's a small location with very little shelf space so it's difficult to look at the housewares and home decor. I had trouble finding things in my size because all the sizes were mixed together, wish it was a bit better organized.

I usually find something and I found this huge piece that matches my decor for $8 w a retail of $25 from tj maxx

This has them listed as a non-profit organization they have not been non-profit for some years. Prices are sometimes higher than new at the store. Trying to sell stuff from the dollar store for $2.99.

Exactly help, friendly clean store. If I need to go to Goodwill this is always the one I go too

By far the best Goodwill in Tucson. So many good finds and in good condition. Didnt even have time to go through half of the store. I probably could ha e spent several hours here. But in the time I did spend I managed to buy 5 bags full. So fantastic day!

Honestly I love Goodwill. You can find alot of hidden gems that will work out for you. Work clothes, dishes, decor, and even new items. You just have to be willing to look. The staff are always amazing. It's often quick and convenient. And honestly I love the way Goodwill's smell.

Was enjoying lunch in my truck with my girlfriend before we shopped and the manager came out and angrily approached us as if we were causing a huge problem by eating in our vehicle. I asked if there was a problem with us eating before we shopped to which he replied, "if there is a problem, we can handle it. " Very unprofessional. If i could rate 0 stars I would.

I’m a frequent Goodwill shopper, I’ve been to Goodwills all over the United States and this one on Dodge is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. The prices are so reasonable and the staff are friendly and very professional.

It was cleanish. The shelves are all a jumbled mess and not really sorted too well except the dishes and glasses. Clothes are very good selection for women, decent for men but not much for children not a lot of bedding or rugs. Lots of nice books and purses.

Imelda went above and beyond with me to resolve an issue I had over a vacuum cleaner. Admittedly now it was probably my error but the fact that she took the time to listen and make it right made me feel valued as a long term shopper of Goodwill! I am quite impressed that there's still places places out there with good old-fashioned customer service!

Great time for shop therapy today at this good will. Found a Thanksgiving carving plate, a ceramic relish plate and a paddle for the holidays. In with the clothes I found a fun Pancho sweater, multiple t shirts.and other goodies. Very clean store

There's no shortage of clothing - they have an abundance of it, if that's what you are looking for. Racks are over-stuffed to the max. My experience of the SW AZ stores (8) lack any kind of conscientious organization. Sizes are tagged wrong, and more often than not, in the wrong size section. Buyer beware - find the label before you buy. Many items are out of place. Many items are without prices. It is as if no one cares or is paying attention. I personally would shop there more often if it weren't such a clusterf-. Prices are good, if you can handle the mess

Love this goodwill, I will say though that most of the items in this location get overpriced! Amazing spot to go find blazers and home decor and books, I've also found neat clean shoes and handbags here, and for any ladies looking for a good thrift store for bras they typically have a wide selection!

I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but I feel it’s necessary in this case. I arrived with my partner to the store to pick up a bookcase. It was later in the day, close to the end of business hours. We hauled the bookcase outside and, after some time struggling with the item, concluded it would be impossible for us to take it back with us as it couldn’t fit in the car. My girlfriend went back to the front but they had apparently so promptly closed at 6PM that the doors were shut and no staff could be found within the premises to hear her. We went out to the back donation center to ask if we could keep the item here for a short time for us to get a truck to pick up the item, but they reassured us in many ways how it would be impossible to help us and provided no solutions for us on their part. Most surprising to me, they wouldn’t even accept the item back as a free donation to the store. We ended up just leaving the bookcase on the street for someone to take, so upset at our treatment here.

I would never return here. I’ve hardly ever stepped into a store with more toxic staff.

It is always a pleasant experience. The employees are always in good moods.
