100% agreement with the review by Reynaldo Reyes, regarding the friendliness and warmth of Goodwill Ambassador KATHY. I have been going to Goodwill stores since just before Covid started, back in late 2019, and of all the experiences with their customer agents, I have encountered many spectacular Ambassadors, and then there's a few, like KATHY, who are a 12 on a scale of 10. Keep up the good work KATHY, and I'll see you next week.

I had great costumer service here. I was helped looking for an outfit for an interview. They were so kind and so so helpful and lovely. A wonderful women and man with an accent helped me so much! You have great people working there.

Kathy is the most pleasant wonderful and super friendly young lady that works at Goodwill. It's always a pleasure to come in and see her warm smile and her SUPBERB customer service. Every store would be blessed to have Kathy as an associate. This young lady should definitely get a raise. Goodwill please know that Kathy is an asset to your company!

The last few times I went in there, the prices are outrageous, store is sloppy, most of the clothes have stains or holes but the real kicker? They are $9.99.seriously? Who is pricing this stuff? Just throw that stuff out? Who is paying for it? I don't mind paying extra for something clean and in nice condition but for something stained or damaged and a brand I could probably get cheaper on sale brand new? This is a thrift store, some items are actually from the dollar store priced at $7.99? The one I used to live by was awesome, reasonable prices, they rarely had anything damaged and if it was, it was priced accordingly but still wearable, the store was neat and tidy. I wish I still lived there.

First of all the moment we walked in the cashier looked at us weird.my husband had to use the restroom the cashier heard him and as he’s walking back to ask her for the restroom code she told him they we’re out of service. I my self had to use it as well so I went ahead and asked another employee if I can used the restroom and she looked at me like why am I asking and she nicely replied the restrooms are open. While I was looking for my husband he came and told me that he had asked another employee and she even walks him towards the restrooms and the restrooms didn’t need no code and we’re working perfectly fine. My husband goes and asks the cashier for her name and told her that it was funny how the restrooms are working perfectly fine her name was KATHY by the way…at that point he felt the racism just because of the color of his skin and racial profile as well for the way he was dressed. Then the cashier KATHY that told him they we’re out of service called a caucasian man over the intercom and he went up to her then the Caucasian men started in a way following my husband and acting like he was fixing stuff on the shelf’s he just kept looking at us and was behind us every step we took.until my mom that was with us too purchased some items and she felt the racism.even before we left the store she kept looking at my husband like if he was doing something wrong or even like if he was stealing. This store needs to hire better employees that are not racist and racial profile people for how they dress.

Idk what’s happening at goodwill these days but it’s mostly over priced or junk. I love their mission, but I feel like they are just trying to make money now days.

From the moment we walked in, the woman who was working the front register greeted us in a manner as if we shouldn’t be there. Shortly after, we heard her call a code over the intercom. As we were looking for last minute pieces for a gathering, my husband said he felt as though we were being followed because every time he looked up, the woman from the registered followed us with her eyes. We continued to shop. I asked one of the two young ladies near the shoes if she could direct me to a mirror and she replied “There’s one by the dressing room”. She walked us over and left. Suddenly after, the other lady came over and acted as if she was re-arranging the racks. When we were checking out, she didn’t greet us. Her attitude was very off putting and she threw my clothes in the bag and hung it off her hand as it she didn’t want me to touch her while reaching for my bag. It’s terrible that based on the color of your skin, you’re automatically a threat, suspect or a target.

The prices have become so ridiculous over time. They used to be very reasonable, now the goodwill tag i usually more expensive than the marked tag

My friends and I been wanting to go there for a while. The last time we went there an employee was so helpful and nice to us! Unfortunately, we were told she no longer works there. We still shoped and found a few things to buy. The experience wasn't the same though!

The prices are ridiculous. What Cost $3 at a thrift store is $1 brand new at Dollar tree. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I make donations. I once got a chair for $20 that would have costed much more new.

Absolutely love this place. Can't beat the prices, especially on their books. Love getting diy home improvement books to further expand my knowledge and the types of jobs I'm willing to take on. Love it! Also, seems this location gets quite a lot of furniture being donated because they put it out cheap. Dirt cheap

I had the best time visiting here today I love dollar Thursdays but the best part of my shopping trip was during the checkout process. The cashier was one of the best I've dealt with (everybody there is wonderful) when checking out. Her demeanor and professionalism was top notch. This employees name is Cheryl Lynn (sorry if misspelled). I look forward to returning here! Thanks Goodwill team you've made this shopping trip a great one!

It hurts to right this because I love goodwill. But just avoid this location if you can. Last Thurs I was rang up wrong. They charged me $50 for $30 worth of items. When I went back in the manager who was called voided the entire order (supposedly) and then re- rang me up for all the items. I had to go home and grab more money and come back. So I literally paid twice. When I called to check if my items where there still the office manager had a nasty and unhelpful attitude. I was told the money would back on my card in 2-4 days. It has been over a week. I don't think the front management could do a proper void. I doubt I will ever get my money back. I would go in and see about it but the entire vibe the manager gave me was just not worth it. They clearly need to call in some proper help to this location. P.s. I do not blame the cashier she was improperly trained and it was management responsibility to ensure she could do her job proper which they did not.

Great store, you can always find good stuff at great prices. Customer service is great and a very clean store

Easy in, easy out donation area which is a covered portico so you are out of the sun (and someday out of the rain). Fast service, very capable staff. And everyone wears a mask! Yay.

Always clean and staffed by helpful friendly employees. Wide variety of quality used stuff.

Aside from the holiday crowd, I went looking for a shadow box frame to make of gift of my son's Russia trip this year. Not only did I find one, I found 2 in different sizes. Very happy with my purchase. Store was a little worked over but the cashier was so friendly and holiday spirit filled, she made my day!

Went to check out and the young guy cashier blamed us for putting a price sticker on an item when some one else put a price sticker on and told us the item was actually significantly more priced. He argued with us about how he didn't out that price sticker on it, and we said we certainly didn't go back to the cameras and he argued again with us. Went to talk to the shift leader and that lady yelled at us then took the iron skillet and held it up as she was going to hit me with it.corporate really needs to know about this and how their employees are acting, very uncalled for. Please review the security footage and see how the lady acted. Horrible customer service will never shop here again. Please don't accuse your shoppers of sticker swapping when you can plainly see the price tag was on it for a while.
