Goodyear Auto Service, Litchfield Park AZ

Chad, Ben, and the crew at Goodyear Auto Service in Goodyear off Litchfield are awesome! I purchased tires for my RV from them (easy in-and-out access). I was treated like a person, not a number. I received great service and wasn't pressured to have work done that I didn't need. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. A week later, I dropped in without an appointment. They helped me with my truck's check-engine light, and I wasn't even charged. I'll definitely support this business again!

They don’t check for fluids when you do an oil change, they say it’s upon request, but they don’t tell you that until they are done. Other places i been to they do that automatically and refill them if they need to. They are also over priced compared to other places for an oil change.

Robert was great and gave me a bill of health on my vehicle. Broke down the services needed and quoted me a price. Will return soon for more work done thank you hoof year

Same day brake service, reasonably priced. There was a miscommunication on service/pricing, but they made good on their word. Friendly, personable staff. Even offered me a ride home while they worked on my vehicle!

I think this is a great place to take your vehicle, they are very friendly, very informative and very thorough with your vehicle. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to these guys.

Their customer service is good
But techs are in need of training or better knowledge of vehicles.
They did not put enough diesel oil in our truck!
They did not top off fluids.
The next morning after the service was done, truck went into limp mode and was not functioning at 100%. I called them and they came out to me to check, acknowledged that truck needed oil. Could have been worse.
Returned to the shop and corrected issue. Beware and make sure they are aware of what your vehicle needs!

After getting a car from carmax that had 2 tires showing massive patches of wire I thought I was SOL. Thankfully Greg and Keith were able to get me sorted out, extremely friendly, solid work and in and out in a very timely manner.

(Also well engineered tires but I don't know if I would have them put on my vehicle here, probably cheaper at discount tire)

Came in for a routine Uber car inspection and took more than 2 hours. First, they used the wrong inspection form. They they told me it failed due to the rear windshield wiper only. Then it took another hour because they had to order the part but they did not tell me until I had to ask after waiting for so long. Finally, when I got my car, oil stains were found around my car doors and windows. Luis was not empathetic at all and did not do or say a single thing to make this situation right. I will no longer come here for the inspection.
