STILL HOLDING 40 MINUTES waiting to start NEW SERVICE. I NEED A JOB WHERE DO I APPLY.
Absolutely horrible service. First time I called to turn on our service the lady on the phone told me my social security was not real according to her. Super rude and impolite.
Now their website is horrible. I dread having to log in and pay our bill every time. It's messy and uneasy to navigate.
Awful! Terrible poorly designed online payment system. And they love to charge the $18 fee for "disconnect notice" (computer generated paper sent by US mail) even after you have already paid your bill earlier. Extra money making scheme for them.
Worst company in Goodyear. I wanted to give a 0 star but no option. Sat on hold for an hour.
Called to obtain information; I spoke with Teresa Salse who was very rude would not let me speak. In order explain what I needed I had to speak over her. She looked me up by address and her answer was "youre not in our system" when offering to provide my account number she would not even listen. After FINALLY getting the information needed she just hung up.
Teresa need more training on customer service as she is not doing a good job.
