5Their customer service is terrible. It usually takes a week or two for them to return a phone call. Just to get an address to return their equipment and close my account took weeks.
Horrible service. GPS system is longer user friendly since "update" nothing but problems with devices and they don't seem to care. They only answer the phone/respond to emails when they are trying to sell you another service. What's the point of GPS if they cant even get the location right in a major city? Save the headache find another service!
Dishonest. Won't cancel account when requested and continue to charge for services even though they aren't providing the service anymore.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, every time time i call my account manager i allways get her voice mail im busy i get back to you in 24 to 48 hours, and allways problems with GPS insight, problems with equipment, time to find some one reliable
Horrible establishment. Always trying to pass off responsibility to the next person in line.
****! BE CAREFUL! **** THEY HAVE A LOT OF HIDDEN FEES THEY DON'T INFORM YOU ABOUT!
