The Gracie barra jiu jitsu school in Queen Creek is really a friendly place, with wonderful people and very familiar, its teachers and collaborators are patient and polite.

The staff is welcoming and the environment is friendly and inviting. We've been training as a family for over two years now and very glad we found this school.

This school has amazing coaches, and is led by an even greater staff of men and woman! The feeling of brotherhood (and sisterhood) and the extremely close bond everyone shares builds a very positive environment. I leave the mats every time with an overwhelming thereputic feeling. You’ll find Juijitsu of all levels here from week 1 to competitive black belts. No matter what your reason for wanting to join Juijitsu, you will find it here. This is an outstanding addition to the Gracie Barra family. The culture this group of amazing people have created is unique in every way. The instructors, coaches, students and families have built such a supportive and embracing environment that it is not just a school it is without a doubt a family. Several years ago my son asked me to start Jiu Jitsu with him. Without hesitation I said yes because I was honored and flattered that he would want me to begin this journey with him. It only took a few moments after saying yes for me to start thinking "what did I get myself into". I had some doubts building like, "I hadn't done any athletic training in so long" and "I'm older now, I know nothing about jiu jitsu". When it came time for our class my son and I entered the door of Gracie Barra and immediately we were welcomed by Paula and Professor Lucas. Soon after that other coaches and students introduced themselves and just like that we both felt at home! Everyone had been so eager to help and coach us on techniques and giving us praise and direction always. The students, coaches, Professors and families all truly have the same goals for everyone which is to help each other improve and support each other in order to lift everyone up together. I am now 50 years old and Jiu Jitsu is a major part of my life and will be always. I want to thank my Gracie Barra Family and I can not wait to see all of the new family members of the Queen Creek location experience this very special bond!

The GB QC community has been absolutely wonderful. I waited months for this location to open and drove 35 minutes early in the morning to get to their sister school while waiting. I am so glad, and it has been completely worth the wait. The coaches are amazing, and the instruction is clear and much easier to follow than some of the other BJJ gyms I have tried. Top notch and my favorite part of the day!

My kids and I have been training at Gracie Barra for almost 2 years and love it. Everyone is family and supports each other. My kids are learning discipline and sportsmanship, as well as, training their bodies and minds for a harsh world. Highly endorse.

The instructors and students are all so welcoming and helpful! I'm learning so much with every class! Also when you first start out you can come try classes totally free to make sure it's a good fit for you. I was hooked after one class!
