Life savers they fixed my sign that a friend gave me in his will, I took it to them and they fixed it and looks brand new even though they told me it's probably from late 70s. Thanks again guys your awesome

I don't normally write bad reviews, but this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had.

I accidentally dropped my neon clock and broke the tube of neon, so I looked up a neon shop in the area with the best reviews. When I took it in, i was told there were two options. 1. Fix the existing tube of neon, but there would be a visible weld mark or 2. Replace the entire tube with no weld mark. I chose to replace the entire tube because not having the weld was important to me. I explicitly asked again about the new tube of neon not showing the mark and I was again told that was correct. I decided to go ahead with it and they said they would let me know when it was ready. 10 days later I had not heard anything from them, so I called to check in. They said it had been sitting there ready for days. I figured it was annoying, but no big deal, and went in this morning to get it. When I got there, the clock I was given was not the work we had agreed to. I will post photos below. They replaced the neon tube as we agreed, but it had a glaring weld mark. They also pinched the tube too thin on the opposite side, so the color is not consistent.

SO - I asked the guy at the counter (the same one who I spoke with when I dropped if off that assured me there would be no weld mark). This time he told me that what I was asking for wouldn't work since they only had 4 ft tubes of the blue neon and anything would have a weld mark. He said the only option would be to do a different color for triple the price. I reminded him of our previous conversation, and he said it wasnt his job to do that. When you are the face of the business you cannot place the blame on someone elae. I said, that's not the problem, I just wish I would've been given a call so I had the choice to decide whether or not I wanted it done. I was aggravated and told him that wasn't the work we agree to. He said the most he could do was discount the job by $20. I wasn't asking for a discount, I felt it should've been made right. He even joked after that at least he knew for next time.

The terrible work was a product of the lack of communication and the horrendous customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
