They are taking precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Staff are organized and professional. I got what I needed quick and there were no issues with my order.

Very impolite staff. Was told I could return items, they tried not taking them. Very disappointing.

Usually a great place but with this virus they have gone way overboard and the lady that’s supposed to be helpful was very rude and not helpful at all. I left there without the parts I needed because I couldn’t take her attitude anymore.

To the Grainger employee who helped push my dead truck off the main street to safety, thank you so much.

The service was a little bit slow, but they more than made up for it with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They had almost everything I needed and sent me in the right direction for what they didn’t.

I've had the same patronizing, condescending and passive aggressive cashier every time (tall, silver haired man). Not coming back for my sake and his.

I experienced poor customer service at this location. The guy at the counter was rude and patronizing. I will not return to this location.

I was helped by a gentleman named Mike. He explained he was new, but for the level of service I received I would have never guessed. Mike was great and helped me find something I have searched all over for but mike found it in stock. The store looks great and has a good stock of inventory. Thanks to Mike for the professional service and the quick to help attitude he showed. Grainger has repeat customer in me.

I'm not sure how this company retains it's customer base after refusing to warranty it's products. We purchased a pool pump, the same model and HP of the pumps before us, and it ended up breaking 7 months after purchase. Grainger decided to warranty it, and sent a new replacement. The replacement ended up turning on and off sporadically over use in three days following it's initial install. Keep in mind, this is the same pump variant my company has used since 1998. Grainger claimed we had to have installed the new replacement pump incorrectly, and subsequently refused to honor their product as claiming it was our fault. Just shop it around, whatever you are buying, online or at other stores. Grainger is worthless.

Not a good place to do business at. They say that they have the items that you want but they don't they give you the run around about your order and conformation code.

Unbelievably bad customer service experience

Ordered products that I cancelled later same day, but still charged my debit card. Can't use the funds for one week, that's right, banks floating the money.

Never do business with this kind of deceptive trade practices! Even if I have to order on line and wait.

Got my order confirmation, sent my driver to pick up and front staff employee was very impolite and said she did not know where my order is. My driver had the pickup confirmation and she said well i don't know and sent him away without my purchased goods. I have had a few customer service issues here but this is the final one - I will not buy anything from here if at all possible. Bad customer service - impolite staff.

Absolutely a terrible company to work for. They allow harassment in the workplace, no pay on performance, inept managers who don't have a clue on how to manage their teams. The pay isn't great at all. They don't appreciate their customers or great employees. I hate this company and my ultimate agenda is eventually buying them out and putting them out of business. GRAINGER IS CURSED. IT WILL NOT STAND AND IT'S MEAGER SUCCESS IS STIFFLED ON THIS DAY AND MANY SHORT DAYS TO COME! ALL CURRENT EMPLOYEES ARE CURSED AND WILL BE FOR AS LONG THEY WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Very friendly and helpful. Bought a small blower motor. Motor is overheating. They said probably a bad motor. Bring it back. If I get the new motor and it works fine, I will change to 5 star.

I went in today to buy 3-20 foot SRLs. Scott found one in stock for me then proceeded to search the Internet for other companies that would have what I needed. Scott went above and beyond to help me keep my employees safe!
