These guys have sent me a bill. I call them asking what it's for. They give vague answers. I pay the bill. They send another bill. I've now paid them 2 different bills before receiving a 3rd. Well I tried calling about the 3rd, and I've tried paying it. When you call the number, they say they're no longer associated with the people billing me, but can't give me another number to call. Now when I try to call the number again I get: "Thank you for calling medical billing. Noone is available, goodbye". Medical billing? Instead of the company name? Definitely scam-like.

If I go online and try to pay there, it said no balance owed, but now their website is completely down.
Now, a week later I've received a collections notice. So not only did they charge me 3 seperate times for 1 single procedure, they can't clearly explain why I was billed in multiple seperate charges, and they sent me to collections after a week because I can't get ahold of them and I can't pay online due to their site saying I owe nothing. So seems to me they're just trying to take advantage of people and scare them into paying.

Their website is down saying it's not setup properly.

Definitely a scam.

They never answer the phone but continuously send bills by mail. I’ve called 27 times a week and no answer. I’ve reported it

Grand Canyon Anesthesiology did my anesthesia for an endoscopy. During the procedure, my vitals went out of range, which I know only because one of the nurses told me when the provider was not around.

Additionally, I am continuing to receive a bill for a charge I have already paid of $113.68. I paid it with Check Number 184, dated 9/30/2022. According to my bank statement, their office deposited it on 10/19/2022. The most recent bill is threatening to send me to collections which I very much do not appreciate given that I have already paid this bill.

Having the same problem as others. Looks like a bogus bill. Tried to call the number on the bill and call does not go through. Seems sketch to me.

Horrifying billing practices. I have called numerous times, left dozens of messages, called different numbers, contacted my insurance, and sent them emails (email not in service - surprise). Weeks have gone by with no response. My insurance company is at a loss for words and is also questioning the validity of their claims. They want to charge me nearly $2000 almost a YEAR after my procedure, and much more than I paid for my actual outpatient procedure. Also no option to pay online or pay phone (since no one ever answers). New lesson - always ask who your anesthesia services are through.

Horrible service! They sent us a wrong bill and we can’t get a hold of anyone since October 27! Email doesn’t work they don’t rerun calls! They are scamming everyone and it isn’t right! I complained with the attorney general in Phoenix!

Multiple attempts to contact and pay bill. No return calls and no way to pay bill online. Is this a legit company?

They will send the bill. When we try to call them to pay the bill no one will answer the call. Lol and they will mention in the bill that it will be sent to collection agency if we do not respond to that.

Services were fine, however as many have complained the billing practices are horrendous. They do not answer their phone nor return messages, at this time I've left 8 voicemails as well as sent an email. The company makes it impossible to pay them due to their lack of response and uses mail to threaten with collections. At this time I have also issued a complaint with the BBB, in an attempt to receive a response from them. The lengths I have had to go to, to pay this company is exorbitant.

They do not answer their phones. Ever. By default, they will not answer their phones and demand you leave your payment information on a recorded message.

ZERO Stars! This shady company billed my daughter over $1600 after our insurance (who GC Anesthesia is contracted with) paid.
My daughter has called several times and left messages with no answer or return calls. I am having her send them her EOB's along with the amount she owes= $33.60.
After reading all the other reviews, maybe Arizona State Insurance Commissioner needs to look into this predatory practice.

Can I do zero starts? Worst customer service ever! I have called many, many times over the past 4 weeks to pay my bills, but no one ever calls back! They have two numbers both never answer and never call back. I have complained to the medical center and my doctor about their poor responses. Hopefully they will find another company to work with.

I have called 4 times to find out why I am unable to make a payment online and have not gotten a call back. Now getting a notice they want to send it to collections. 4 calls with no answers. I would have rather had the procedure without anesthesia then deal with this company
Update: I was able to pay finally about 2 months ago but that has not stopped the Bill's from showing up. Now have recieved a final notice for a bill I have already paid and the number to reach them on the final notice is disconnected to top it off.

I have tried to pay my bill by attempting to call and have now left 2 voicemails with no call back so I can make my payment. This has happened for the last 2 months in a row! I was never given any info for an online portal to pay my bill online.

Similar to everyone else, I received my first bill 7 months after my procedure.

Grand Canyon Anesthesia LLC apparently was the group that provided service for a colonoscopy; I never knew about their relationship with my gastroenterologist. However, Grand Canyon Anesthesia has unethical billing practices. My insurance provider Cigna paid the claim but Grand Canyon incorrectly invoices me personally. Then Grand Canyon Anesthesia sends the bogus claims to collections.

Terrible terrible terrible. Rude customer service. I know I paid my bill but they send them again and again hoping you'll pay twice. Then they call and threaten to send you to collections. I honestly hope everyone involved gets what they deserve. I hope they feel the pain and stress we feel when they hurt us this bad. I genuinely hate this place and all who work and support it.
