Wouldn’t recommend at all. All crooked. Uneven acrylic layering. Even the polish is uneven. I asked for acrylics with pink French tip, however my manicurist I got didn’t know how to do a French tip. You saw the plasic nail right under. I asked if he could put a skin tone base down and then do the pink tip and he didn’t understand. I said to then just paint all of it pink. I asked if I could get a letter N on my ring fingers. He didn’t understand and said, glitter? And I said no. But for real all the nails are crooked. And are wavy and uneven, they’re lumpy. On half the nails one side is rounded and one is pointy for the coffin nails I requested.

Good experience in the salon, however my manicure barely lasted 1 week for SNS. I’ve already had one nail break/repaired and the rest are chipping, this was way too expensive of a manicure for the quality I received.

First time I went they were great! My dip manicure lasted 3 weeks! Second time they were sloppy looking and now most of my nails are chipping within a week. Worst of all when I asked to get a manicure at a discount the next weekend the last refused and said I had to come now. Working mom here and a manicure during the week is not possible. Lady on phone was rude and not amenable. Won’t be going back!

Grand Nails only has one good person you can go to and that’s MiMi. I went to other people there and they were horrible. Go to MiMi or don’t go at all and that is what the owner/manager told me herself. MiMi is out of town the next three weeks so if you go, good luck with how your nails and feet turn out!

The woman who did my pedicure was awful! She was very rude and did not remove any of my callouses despite paying $50. Unfortunately my daughter, who treated me for Mother’s Day, left a tip that was way too much for the subpar service. This place is one and done for me! The 1 star is for the guy who did my daughter’s pedicure, he was nice.

Very friendly service & the shop was well organized & clean. Very clean bathrooms as well. Some issues with my nails (not fully painted down sides, tech encouraged some nail art.but wasn't the most symmetrical, one unevenly shaped nail etc). These things happen and it's my responsibility to examine and speak up prior to leaving, alas, I did not, and was def less than enthusiastic when I noticed these issues on my way home bc my acrylic fill/cut down/nail art service bill was 85.00 prior to my tip.

Friendly, accommodating, clean relaxed environment. Affordable for location! Bring a picture and they can do it. Owner is professional and runs a professional operation. Fun and chill! If you’re not happy with something, tell them while you’re there, especially on dips because once they’re done they are hard to “fix” and you have to start over. It’s the dip -not the technician’s fault. Love. Be nice and tip! They work so hard! Ask for Andy. Takes his time, and will give you exactly what you want. Not happy with the shape? Ask him to round them or whatever you need-he really wants you to be happy. His specialty is “The Funny Bunny. ” Milky pink.

Worst ever. They didn’t leave callous remover on, did not offer us water and refused to paint our toes with flip flops on. They only cater to regulars. Overpriced.

Nail tech was being lazy and put tips on my last tips. When I asked him to take the old tips off he got frustrated. Was charged for length and the nails are not long. Was charged for shape but he put narrow tips on at the beginning. I paid for the credit card processing fee (that is not the responsibility of the customer for a business’s fee on top of being over charged.)

Loved it! I went in for mani pedi with a pretty compressed timeline. Two technicians worked on me and got it done in record time. Andy suggested I change my shape and I took a leap after 16 years with the same shape. The dip powder is amazing- got just the color I wanted and is still going strong after more than 10 days. If I lived close by this would be my go to place.
