Worst place ever! They are not accommodating and my daughter and I have both had horrible experiences! Polish room down the street is everything compared to this salon! Don’t go!

I came here for the first time today to get a pedicure. The BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. I was treated by Michael. The massage was soo amazing and he was very attentive and precise. A little pricey due to the additional $15 charge for gel in addition to the pedicure. But my experience was amazing!

The don't service disable senior. Rude poor service rush them out and disrespecting to them. To get rid of my client who goes there to get her nails done on Friday today he says "appointments only" the next lady I asked did she have a appointments and she said "no" they let her in.

Awful. Business is horrible.wait time was over an hour. Workers are rude and disrespectful. Do not go!

I have been going here years and overall I am pretty happy with my services, but today I brought in my husband for a manicure and the nail tech completely butchered my husbands nails. She cut them so short and so uneven that he looks like he has been biting his nails. They also hurt from being so short. I brought it to their attention and all they offered was a sorry. I’m not expecting anything for free, but as a business owner myself, if you have loyal customers, best business practice is to offer something to your unhappy client. I was really disappointed with the service provided today.

Fantastic service. Very relaxing atmosphere. Acrylic nails filled and were not too thick. Pedicure was amazing!

I have been to this place three times now. Which is a shame to me and I should have learned my lesson. So hopefully I can share my opinion and you can decide to save your money and go somewhere else. I went in today and asked for a manicure. I said I wanted gel and saw it was $15 more for gel. He said “you can do dip powder and it be $45” I said, so I can get a manicure for $45 with dip in which he replied yes. The guy that did my nails, went fast and I didn’t see the manicure being done. Before I knew it, he was done. He then handed me my bill. On top of no manicure, I didn’t get the whole manicure experience! No massage, scrub, lotion, nothing! I told them I wasn’t paying the $45 because I didn’t get what I wanted. After the back and forth he tells me manicure plus dip would be $67. Which was $22 more than what he told me. I had saved my money plus money for a tip and was let down. So not only did I have to pay more, they didn’t get a tip and I didn’t get what I wanted. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but when want and truly needed this manicure and save for it… it’s a big let down. They are always in a rush, the men are worse than the one lady I had the first time. Who actually did great on my pedicure, which is why I give it two stars. Over priced and letting down customers is not the way to go!

Went on a Thursday night for gel manicure and by friday night multiple nails cracked and chipped, I wasn't able to make it back in until Monday and by then they were all chipped. They re did my nails for me monday afternoon and by monday night 6 of my nails were already cracked. Going to be going back in morning and having polish removed and won't be getting nails done here anymore. I've gotten pedicures here before and never had a problem but gel nails are bad quality here.

I do not recommend this place, if you are looking for a 5 star experience, I highly recommend 5 star nails on Cave Creek Rd. I got charged 75 dollars for dip nails with a tip. My friend had gotten the same thing done and her total came to 65. I asked why I was being charged 75 dollars and they couldn’t even provide me with a reasoning… will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

I absolutely loved getting a pedicure here! It’s affordable, clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back!

Do NOT waste your time going to this nail salon! They treated my daughter poorly both times she went in for nails. If someone wants a Manicure, they want a Manicure…not Gel Nails. Customer service is below par. The quality of Acrylic nails is also poor…very disapointing!

Came in at 6pm and shop close at 7pm. The staff wasn't willing to stay late for a walk in appointment. Was told sorry no one available. Visiting from Denver Colorado all the nails spas are willing to stay late to make sure a customer is service. Here is not the case. I do not recommend this business. I came around the corner to Boutique Nail and they accepted me.

I came in with a really bad gel manicure & an awful experience from another salon and Mike was very nice. He did a wonderful job! Will be coming back again!

Very polite employees. Clean and inviting. Did a fantastic job on my granddaughters nails for graduation.

First time at this place. Purchased the most expensive pedicure they had and I was in and out in 25mins. Massage was just her barely moving her hands back and forth while chatting with the worker next to her, the polish looks awful and she was rude! The place is dirty and they don't wipe down the chairs in between clients. Also, the lady at the front desk was more interested in chatting and texting on her phone to even greet a client! Never again!

Iris did fabulous on both my gel manicures! Purple set was done 6 weeks before the new pink marble set. And not a single chip or lift, which for me is unheard of from previous experiences. She's kind and open to accommodate to your needs to make the experience enjoyable. Only down side is toward a hostess that was too quiet for me to hear her when i walked to to a bustling salon. On top of not following schedule which made things little awkward sitting at a station when they had someone already written in at that time.
