I think it is a great place for the puppies and full grown dogs. They are very well taken care of. And the groomer they have is the greatest.

First time boarding our German Sheppard "Gus". He was there for 1 1/2 weeks. Great friendly staff. Gus enjoyed himself and would recommend this place to all. He will be back!

Great grooming! I have been bringing my fur babies to Julee for grooming, for about 9 years. She always does an amazing job, exactly the way we like it. The grooming is done in a timely manner, and our babies always look beautiful. Our dogs love coming here, so I know they are well taken care of. We have not boarded here, but whenever we come, there is someone out in the exercise yard with the other dogs playing with them. Everyone seems very friendly and caring.

Chloe was amazing. Our dog hadn't been boarded before and we were nervous about it. Our dog met Chloe and they were pals instantly. Rarely do you meet someone who is so intune with your animal instantly, she is and that is why we will only bring our dog to Grand Pet Hotel. They are truly amazing and the pets in their care show you how loving and well run this place is. Thank you Chloe, Allie loves you!

Bring immunization records for first visit. Conveniently open 24 hours. Friendly and helpful - even for out of town travelers needing a drop-in day. Shaded outdoor areas divided into large and small dogs with air conditioned interior.

Wonderful place! My dog goes to doggie daycare there and loves it. She gets so excited ever time we pull in parking lot. I have also left her for boarding and they took great care of my baby!

Amazing staff and someone is available to answer the phone 247, also hou can pick up or drop off anytime once you are an established client. Really helpful in an emergency.

This pet hotel is one of the best ones I’ve ever used! The staff is amazing and the entire place is very clean. I will absolutely be using them again and referring them to others!

My shitzu in my opinion was neglected. I will never take her back there. She was so thirsty upon check out but yet when I took her outside the facility she had too pee so bad and peed for a very long time They must of not given her water or let her out for potty breaks. Sure the staff is nice but my dog was mistreated.

My pets were terrified of grooming after their visit to petsmart, the groomers here were sweet and my dogs were happy when I picked them uo.

My 10 month old Weimaraner puppy loves it there! He’s been going for doggy day care for 4 months to help him socialize and has been boarded also. He’s so excited to go, he paws at the door of the building if I don’t open it fast enough. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I know I can go to work and not worry about him. I know he’s having a great time.

This was the 2nd time i took my schnauzer mix dog to get groomed. He is larger than most schauzers yet still nervous. The first time every thing seemed fine. This time, well, it was terrible for him. He had cuts all over his head, he did not smell as if he had been bathed and the people were rude and unfriendly to say the least. That should have been my clue. If you need your pet shaved, don't go there. They really hurt Joshua. The minute i got him home and started petting him, i regretted taking him there. He had so many cuts around his left side eye, ear and head. He still has scabs on his head. AGAIN, DON'T TAKE YOUR PET THERE, THEY WILL HURT THEM.

I've been taking my nervous Mutt Hilo to see Julee for a couple of years now. He's a nervous little dog but, Julee is amazing with him. Wouldn't dream of trusting him with anyone else. The staff is amazing and friendly. Amber is just the sweetest! When you walk in the door they treat you like family.

I loved the lady that worked at the front desk during the day which is why I have left 2 stars, but I will never bring our dog back here again. We have our black lab on routine tick prevention medicine, but that didn't help him at all at this place. He hasn't been there for almost three weeks and I am still pulling ticks off of him. Because he's black it makes them difficult to see until they are huge so another tick bath is clearly needed. This was his first time at this location and it will definitely be the last. There is obviously a tick infestation at this facility and I'm not risking it again.

I'd give the Grand Pet Hotel a zero if there was one. I picked up Buddy after a five day stay and took him home. He looked ok, but as we were driving home, I scratched his belly and it was all caked with something. At home I found poop on the seat. I had to take a hose to him. I also determined that he didn't get the treats we had sent and the toys looked like they hadn't been taken out of his bag. When giving instructions to the lady when I dropped him off, she just nodded and didn't take any notes. I think they just put Buddy in a cage and left him. I'm not sure thy fed or let him out. When I called and complained they replied that it wasn't their fault, it had to be the dog. I'm not going back.

My little dog is happy and clean when I pick him up. He likes the Grand Pet Hotel so much he pulls me in on his leash he's so eager to go.

Edit: Wow thanks for the follow up. I'm sorry about the few bad reviews. No way they were truthful. Ticks, are you kidding me? I would freak out if I found a tick on my boy and with all of his visits it never even crossed my mind. You run a great business and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. You can't ever leave your current location or move farther away because my dog will be heartbroken and I won't be too happy myself. Again, thank you for responding that was cool, I appreciate an owner that takes every review even the crazy negative ones seriously.

Not a client, but I was contracted to do all tile renovation for all dog kernels and hallways. I also run my own Dog rescue and am familiar with the boarding and care of four dozen dogs at any given time. I've read the negative posts and have this to say:
Inasfar as a tick infestation? Absolutely not. I know what a tick infestation looks like in a kennels environment and it's not possible to have an unnoticeable tick issue with the tile and sealed block kennel setup. As to issues with bumps and scrapes? Really? They're dogs, it's what happens when they actually get to go outside and socialize. They don't use cages, the kennels are suites, open topped and airy. The staff is there 24/7.most don't have overnight staff. Groom room is clean, equipment to support the business and up to date? How do I know these things? I'm in the Animal Advocacy community and have been part of inspections and the running of a kennels facility for over 15 yrs. Everyone loves to gripe and blame others nowadays, social media makes it easy. Don't buy the hype, go check them out for yourself. Food, toys etc are always placed with the client in their suite, meds and special needs always taken care of. From my eyes to this review, care and concern are priority. I would board here if needed, no doubt in my mind, anytime.
