It was a pleasure to work with a company that was completely professional, responsible, and respectful of me and my time. Juan walked us through the process with complete details on what to expect and everything he said would happen, did happen. Juan was great in answering my questions several times throughout the process. The counters that were installed are beautiful and make our kitchen look so wonderful.

Juan and Jorge were knowledgeable, attentive, and provided excellent service. I live in a historic home, and had a very particular countertop installation in mind to fit the small space. They helped me improve the project and went above and beyond to be sure the final countertop would be strong and well supported. The Granite Guys had great communication, always showed up when they said they would, and even got the project done before the original deadline. I would recommend them for any countertop project!

Highly recommend. Juan was very informative when it came to prefabricated granite and whole granite. We decided on whole granite and it looks great. Quick and good work. Very responsive and good business ethics.

We brought in a floor tile, cabinet drawer front and our paint color samples. Juan looked it over and walked us in the back to show us some slabs. The first one showed us was perfect. They made appointments to measure and deliver and showed up when they said they would. Juan kept us informed of the project status. They did a great job installing our granite. Everything fit with minor adjustments made during the installation. We love our new granite and can highly recommend Juan and his team.

The Granite Guys were easy to work with. They provided free quotes, allowed us to look elsewhere, and were hassle free. We picked our granite! They scheduled measurements and then showed us the templates, allowing us to decide our "showcase! " They were reassuring and put us at ease. Juan and crew were great to work with! High recommendation for any granite work you may need!

I cannot get over this transformation! Juan @ Granite Guys was awesome to work with, extremely patient and explained the process every step of the way. They were timely and organized. Juan provided us with examples and a small sample of the granite we chose. He communicated easily, by phone and text. There were no hidden fees. Our original bar was not constructed well or leveled. He came up with a creative solution. The seams are completely seamless! He had to point it out to me. I cried happy tears with the result. It's really perfect.

A great experience with Granite Guys! From the second we first reached out all the way through to install, everything went smooth. Juan is so easy to work with, he listened to our concerns, he told us the timeline and price and stuck to it. He could always be reached via text message. He even texted us photos of the two slabs we’d be using before fabrication. He wore a mask at all times while inside the house. We had some very particular requirements about the sink, and he worked very hard to find one that met our requirements. The finished product was very high quality. The fabrication was great. Edges are very even. Caulking is smooth and professional. We are delighted. Juan and his team transformed our ugly kitchen to something beautiful.

Juan Alvarez worked with me straight up and did everything he could to get me what I was looking for. I'm so glad I stopped in to the Granite Guys. Our countertops are beautiful at a very fair price. They showed up on time and did what they promised. Excellent job, guys!

My husband and I were recommended Granite Guys by close and mutually frugal friends. Our aging counter tops were in need of an update, but we wanted to keep our old 1970’s cabinets, which are not the new standard sizing. Juan and his company custom cut our new granite countertops to fit our old cabinets and even accommodated a new end cabinet/ shelf we built to cap off the removal of cabinets that used to take up the center of our kitchen. Juan and his partner even leveled and installed that custom end cap for us! I was particularly impressed at the level of detail that was given when encountering issues with the old cabinets, making sure everything was squared, tight and level despite crooked walls and uneven floors. We were told it would be a quick install, but it ended up being a half a day job. But, that is exactly what you want, if you’re looking for quality work… they took the time to install our countertops correctly. I would like to mention that they showed up 30 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment, so they are definitely punctual…a big plus. Granted this is day one with our new countertops, and I’ll update if there are any issues. We don’t have a fancy house, but it sure feels fancy now! I don’t usually do reviews, but a company that offers outstanding customer service, is local to Tucson, and has very reasonable pricing despite all the inflation going on…I’ll give them a thumbs up.

Before making any upgrades to my home, I read reviews. Granite Guys had great reviews and now I see why. Juan was attentive and accommodating the minute we walked into the showroom. He was punctual and professional. He came one day measured and removed the old laminate tops. One week later, the new granite tops were installed. They are exactly what we wanted and are beautiful.

Fair, prompt and professional. Don’t miss this place when shopping for granite! Highly recommended.
