Granite Mountain Vet Hospital, Prescott AZ

Everything was outstanding! They explained various procedures and all associated costs. The Vet Tech and Veterinarian were friendly, polite and professional. In and out in no time, Very pleased!

The staff were all very caring and knowledgeable. I am visiting from out of town and searched for help via internet. My senior cat had urinary issues and they quickly got her in for appointment and tested her. They prescribed antibiotics and other meds for fleas, which I had no idea she had. Plus twice they made followup calls to check on progress. Love this place.

L love the staff and Dr Basin. They have taken care of my 3 pets. They always do follow- up calls. Wonderful care.a bit pricey.

Dr. Bason is a great vet. She saved one of our dogs life. He was attacked by coyotes. She let us bring him in late in the day and stayed far past closing. The dog required surgery. I mean, really, who does that. I'm guessing nobody would. I'm sure I would have been turned down and sent to emergency hospital. Another time, I had to euthanize my old dog. Dr. Bason and the techs were amazingly empathetic. I have never experienced a vet that actually cares.

We had to bring our baby kitty Carl in to figure what was causing his issues. The staff was so pleasant, and treated Carl so well. We greatly appreciated how they explained Carl's condition and our next steps. They were so caring and compassionate. We will be back again when it's time. Thank you so much Granite Mountain <3

I have never even stepped foot in their doors, yet felt the need to give them a great review! My husband called this morning to make our love bug dog FOSL an emergency appointment for the same day, they were so kind, the lady told my husband she would talk to the doctor and call him back. Within an hour she called and scheduled our dog for the same day! Well our prayers were heard and by the time of the appointment our puppy was back to his normal self and we cancelled. Again, they were so kind and agreed if our dog had no ailments then there was no reason to bring him. We both were so grateful! My husband took the office some cookies to show our appreciation:)

I absolutely love this place! After adopting a piglet from a public event that turned out to have mange they took me in and helped us so much! They came out to the house to check on all the animals and give them the shots they needed! I have never had a better experience with a vet and am so excited to make them a part of our family!

When I lived there, my dog Daisy Esther was a "patient". She was always excited to see the Doctor. I'm hoping to find the same type Vet. Here in CA.

They We're cheap that was the only good part about getting my dog neutered there. It took 6 hours for a simple procedure They told me he would be sedated for at least 24 hours from the Anastasia and was not Which led to an injury. They did not send me home with a cone And the pain medication did nothing. When I called them about this the 1st time they said they would get me a different pain medicine they never called back so I called the next day then I was told it wasn't even a pain medication and that they would have one ready for me. They never once said it was gonna be more money or how much it was gonna be untill i drove 30 min to get there. Then the receptionist wanted to argue with me about what I had been told and literally got up walked away and shut the door while I was still talking to her. He was also supposed to have a tattoo to show that he had been neutered I can't find the tattoo anywhere.

Everyone here is so amazing. The doctors are the sweetest and fully explain things to you, the go above and beyond. From the second you walk in the door til when you leave you can tell everyone cares about you fur babies! I wish I could give more than 5 stars

Awesome place. Our vet is Sarah, and she is so patient, kind, and really cares about the animals. We have been to multiple veterinarian offices in the area and are pick is granite mountain. Thank you Grant mountain for taking such good care of our pets

Our dog is absolutely terrified of vets but Lindsay made it such a relaxing experience for him and was extremely patient. Dr. Sarah was super knowledgeable, and willing to work at his pace and gave him the best level of care. We found our new vet:)

Best Veterinarians; great technicians and staff! I have brought many pets here, over the years and have always felt all my pets were well tended to and appreciated. My boyfriend and I have a dog and four cats; definitely affordable visits.
