Appointment was on time. Colby was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and checked me thoroughly.

Saw Dr Simonson again yesterday he is such a wonderful doctor. He went over all the choices for treatment of my foot/ankle. Wish I had run into him years ago! Want to mention their new sign in the waiting room. Love it! It has a little bio of each doctor and their picture and some wonderful reviews! Makes you want to sit in the waiting room longer to see all of them…I must be nuts? Lol

Let's just say wow! I've not had this low level care in a long time! I think people in 1842 had better! Please don't choose this place! Go to Phoenix if need be! It will be worth your peace of mind, money, and well being!

I would not trust Dr. Richardson. He is rude, condescending, and does not care about treating his patients. Go to a better doctor in Phoenix or flagstaff. He is overrun with patients. No time so no care. Did not give me any advice on my fracture, offer to reset it or even a splint. Only a good luck and goodbye. Not recommended

Colby Dobson is amazing to work with. He is knowledgeable and he works well with people. He goes the extra mile to make sure that you know understand the healing process after surgery.

I had a traumatic experience with my finger that required careful removal of the sutures. With hypersensitive nerve pain my case was not easy, and required compassion and patience by health care professionals.

After calling several medical facilities and getting nowhere, I came across Granite Orthopedics. They could see I was in distress and needed help. They were able to squeeze me in the next day.

I am forever grateful to the front office staff, Colby Dobson, PA, and his assistant Araceli, for successfully removing my sutures! And a special thank you for showing me the compassion, patience, and understanding that is so needed in today’s world.

Excellent post surgery visit with Dr. Bassett. Minor repair to a suture. Great explanation of recovery process. Very personable and helpful.

First time visit. Dr. Chun explained everything clearly to me, addressed my questions well, and offered a clear path for my care which was non-surgical, which I found refreshing, indeed. The doctor was cordial, and took charge of getting the plan for my recovery going right away. I left the office feeling confident in my recovery, and looking forward to my next visit with the PT to chart my progress.

It is fabulous to have a doctor who really listens and has several suggestions for treatment.

I got in for my appointment right away, which is unheard of these days. I was brought back for x-rays in the office before the doctor came into the room. The x-ray tech was very friendly. Dr. Simonson was great. He was friendly, listened well, understood my problem, and gave a cortisone shot to me in my very first visit rather than having me wait. I was so pleased with my experience, Dr. Simonson, and the staff at Granite Orthopaedics.

Granite Orthopaedics' staff are great with their services and helped me through a fractured wrist recovery. One issue I had with my experience was that I was not informed of all the available options. When I received the bill for my wrist brace, it was over $150. Only when I inquired about the high cost did I learn that there were other, more affordable options available at the time. This lack of transparency was disappointing and could have been avoided with better communication from the provider. Other than that, my experience was worthwhile.
