Everything was like clockwork with Grease Monkey. We had an emergency repair on our garage door, a door GM didn't install or service before. They got a tech out within a few hours, good thing as our cars were stuck in the garage. They texted the appt confirmation and the tech's name to us immediately, and they texted again to let us know our tech, Aaron, was on his way. Aaron showed up ahead of schedule, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issues gave us a firm price for the repair and got the whole job done in no time. Excellent customer service this is a timely, honest and efficiently run business. I can’t recommend this company enough. I had called for repair with different company at 1: 00pm was given window of 4pm to 6pm, many phones back and forth being told “he’s on his way” this is at 8: 30pm still being told ‘he’s in his way’ at 8: 45pm I reached out to Grease Monkey Garage Door owner answered was understanding and explained how things are run with his company, the tech had texted at 7: 30 that he would be there by 8: 00am, he showed up right on time, explained problem, explained what the fixes were and given approximate cost, every detail of service call was outstanding. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to recommend Grease Monkey Garage!

Called Greasemonkey to replace my garage door opener. They were able to come out the next day and did a awesome job. Aaron was the service technician and he did a fantastic installation. On time, polite, knowledgeable and fast. Not there to sell you on things you don’t need. Came and fixed the problem fast. This is the second time I’ve used them. Thank God they leave a sticker near the unit in the garage the last time. Lord knows I forget names and numbers LOL. If anything else happens again I’ll be calling them for a third time in the future they’re great.

My garage door keypad box failed. This is my entry into the house. This was very clearly explained and understood by the owner of the company. He scheduled a tech for this morning to replace and program the box so that I can enter the house tomorrow after I arrive. His tech instead opened the separate from the house golf cart garage where a vintage car is stored. He went deep inside that golf cart garage and was there for awhile. When he finally came out I asked him (RING video) what he was doing in there? What did he find so interesting in there? He claimed to not know which garage door to fix. I told him the large door that won’t open. Obviously NOT the small door that works. He claimed to not be able to switch out the key code box. I called the owner. He explained the tech was supposed to read the work order. The tech left and after an hour I contacted a locksmith. I called the owner of Grease Monkey and asked him to cancel my work order. I thanked him and was polite as was he. I did not like being told NICK was coming and then having a man named ALEX and then ALEX going into an area of my home he had no business or permission to go into. I will be getting a new key code box from someone else and now I’ll have to reset a new code as I feel unsecure.

Timely response! Showed up as promised. Detailed explanation on their inspection, easy to understand recommendations for semi annual homeowner check of spring tension and recommended DYI cleaning/lube maintenance. Super nice tech. Highly recommend for garage door service! Doors now open and close quietly and the safety sensors are clean and adjusted.
