Great Clips reviews
18I checked in on line but the wrong place. I showed up at Camelback Crossings Great Clips I got right in got a great haircut & was out of there is 20 minutes. I use them as my go to place.
Check-in online!
I rarely wait more than 10 minutes. I"ve received a haircut from 4 of the ladies. Have not had a bad haircut yet!
Very reasonably priced.
My boy had his hair cut by Lourdes today and she did a wonderful job. I highly recommend her. My only disappointment was that we typically receive a receipt which includes a discount on the next hair cut. I guess I took for granted our receipt would include this, but found later that it didn't. Not sure if they've stopped doing this, but I think it's a great idea.
As far as haircuts for a minimal amount of money goes, Great Clips is definitely the best of the low-cost haircut companies! This particular Great Clips has been my go to place for my last 6 haircuts and I have been very happy with 5 and 1 of them I was okay with! That being said, I would definitely recommend Great Clips.
I have had several great experiences at Great Clips doing updos! This particular event I was going to was a red carpet movie premiere event and I knew I could count on Great Clips. They are way cheaper than salons and if you're going to this location make sure you ask for Victoria. She did a fantastic job especially after not even knowing what I wanted until I got there. It wasn't exactly as the picture but it was similar and very elegant! I will definitely be back for my next updo! Plus it held so nice and tight I even slept in it and wore it for a 2nd day
Friendly helpful stylists, busy when you expect them to be but they get through a crowd quickly. I highly suggest this location for a great cut!
It’s a Great Clips. You already know. Usually quick haircuts. Not expensive. The spot to go when you need a quick cut but don’t want to wait at a barber shop.
Beth is great. She knows exactly how you want your cut, also extremely entertaining. Always fun to visit her
Friendly staff and efficient! Signed in from home waited bout 6 min before being called. Hairdresser was great! (Stacy).
I feel I have a good haircut pleasant service happy environment was a good trip to great clips.
This whole check in online leaves others being treated like nothing. I walked in and was told 20 minutes, it has now been 35 minutes, four people that have "checked in online" have walked in after me and have left I am still waiting.
Worst hair cut my African American husband has had in 60 years. I've lived in 3 states in multiple cities. They really don't know how to cut black hair. Terrible customer service. It was a scalp job not a hair cut. My Regular licensed barber changed weekend hours.so tried Super Cuts. Big mistake. Assembly line approach. When I told her she was cutting it too short, she replied that it would grow back. Excuses.no talent. No responsibility. Go somewhere that cares.
I usually get my haircut from here. Ask for Jessica! She's the best one there.well priced, quick, in and out.very clean
The Monday night before last, I received a magical chance to escape my ivory tower and get my haircut while the children were asleep. After the usual Cinderella preparations, I went to this Great Clips as I have done in the past because, with a few exceptions, they’ve done a good job (and I’m too poor or too principled to go to an upper salon—where are they anyway?)
I checked in online and arrived at 7 pm, panting with dearly bought freedom. When it was my turn, I politely explained the A-line short cut as others had done in the past. She commented dishearteningly that I had thick hair, and then said she didn’t know how to cut it. I prefer honesty to bad haircuts, so I thanked her and waited for the next available stylist. After waiting 15 minutes, it was my turn again. I hadn’t even finished explaining the description, which I’ve learned like a mechanical sales pitch, when this lady also dismissed me.
They probably didn’t know that I was under a magical time crunch and that the magic would run out soon. Fortunately, I made it to another Great Clips on Dysart and Camelback before the clock struck the awful time.
Why was I turned away? Are A-line bobs not to be expected in the repertoire of blue-collar hair stylists? I think these two middle-aged ladies may have been more tired from their shift than incompetent, but I can’t help but think that I was treated poorly. The stylist, Victoria, at the other store did a great job and she gave me a free haircut coupon for next time because she pitied my tale of woe. I think the first store should have at least offered the same.
Their app is barely consumer friendly and Great Clips corporate has no loyalty retention program from what I can see.
I have been going to Great Clips for years. I always get Perla to cut my hair. She always cuts it exactly how I like it. I don't have to tell her how to cut it. I just say, do your magic and when she's done, it always looks great. Perla is friendly, courteous and Professional. Good job Perla!
This is a great place to go for hair cuts, shampoos and anything else you need for your hair. The stylists are competent and very knowledgeable.
It's the only place I go!
The Great Clips app is easy to use and saves me a lot of time by signing in online when I am on my way there.
The stylist Perla, was very friendly and professional. It's hard to find a good stylist and Perla did awesome.
