We've gone to this Great Clips so many times - multiple people in our family, and it has always been a good experience. Check-in online, short or no wait, and a quick and decent haircut.
I am a regular with great clips and I took two of my friends with me today but this happens to be the worst experience ever in any great clips. An elderly asian women (with blue colored hair) gave me hair cut today, she happens to be in a rush and is very rude, when asked her to trim my beard she kept repeating that its going to cost me 7$ more even after saying that I am very well aware of prices, then even after complaing about the kind of service she gave me she demands for a tip and doesnt hand over my bill and on asked for bill she reaches into the trash can and tries to find my bill in there.
Would have been nice if they would have not missed 4 large chunks of hair. I even tipped the girl before realizing the huge mistakes. I guess it's partly my fault for not acting as a manager in the place
Hate to post a negative review, but if you are a woman with a short cut be careful about going here. I have had short hair for a long time and I received a cut from this salon that ranks top 3 worst of all time. My bangs are just over 1/2” long and nothing is blended in the back. It will grow but it is bad!
With online check-in I never seem to wait upon arriving. Friendly staff and convenient location.
Not a single smile from anyone. Stylist seemed very aggravated (HOlly) when I asked what I wanted done. I wanted to save a few bucks buy I guess you obviously get what you pay for. I will go back to fabulous cuts since they really do an amazing job even though it does cost a few more dollars. Never touching this place again. Thank you "great" clips.
