The wait time is acceptable if you didn't make an appointment. The surrounding are interesting. The stylists are friendly and the do great work!

I am a regular at this location now since moving in the past half year, and regular at great clips for almost 3 years now… Talicia at this location always does a wonderful job giving me the haircut that I want, but goes above and beyond to also harbor good conversation and customer care etiquette. Thanks Talicia for always making me look and feel good after leaving your place at the Lowell shops!

We had the pleasure of receiving service from Tilicia today. She had a really difficult customer ahead of us who was beyond rude but she handled it like a complete professional. I’m in the service industry and I can’t tell you how difficult that probably was for her but you’d never know. She cut my sons hair and it was the best cut he’s had since we moved here three years ago. We decided before today that we wouldn’t return to any location here, but we will now as long as she’s working!

Be prepared to get yourself some of the rudeness treatments here if they “happen to” had a bad day. Clearly, this is not the first time similar things have been reported. Wow, what a general practice for success for them!

The staff at this particular location are amazingly friendly and always do a bang up job even on really vague ideas of what I want to do with my hair lol.

Good haircut for the money. Online appointments. My only beef is that I've never had the same stylist twice at this location. I'm not sure I've even seen the same stylist twice.

The hairdresser didn’t do what I asked her to do! I need to go to another haircut to fix it after that. Not a very good experience for me.

Horrible i told her a few inches she used clippers an chopped it to my shoulder and said she was adding layers an just made random cuts i feel so awful about my hair. I hadnt cut my hair in years! I hope no one has to go thru this shes terrible

Great experience overall. Check-in thru their app and then drive there. Wait was only 15-20 mins from the time I checked in on the app. Lindsey was very kind and my hair looks on-point! Thanks y'all.

Won’t be coming back. The stylists were rude and moving very slowly. They have 2 registers and one was broken. Instead of cutting my hair the stylist made me wait while she was talking on the phone to somebody about the the broken register. Learn how to prioritize! Customer should always come first, many places only have one register! They only had 2 customers including me… no need for 2 registers!

I took my daughter and the lady that was there was RUDE from the beginning she did not say one word while cutting her hair not one! Maybe because we are Native Americans and not white since we were on the north side of town! Oh well never going back again! For Mt daughters sake I didn't confront or say anything lucky for her, first time being in a hair salon and treated the way we were.

The online sign-in was easy and the wait estimate was correct. Good haircut in 15 minutes.

Checked in online at a specific location then asked if I wanted to view time waiting. - answered I did and it took me a page asking if I wanted to find a location in U. S or Canada. Got to the store and of course no appt. Seriously?

Solid place for a cut. I'm not especially a difficult haircut so I can't speak to if anything else.
