Jennifer is wonderful she always does a wonderful job. And if I decide to change my style she does a great job to cut the new style always come back to her.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. This is the third time I’ve given this store a chance and had the person cutting my hair ignore what I’ve asked them to do. I’m trying to grow my hair long to put it in a ponytail. I asked the girl (Melody) three times to take off as little as possible to just clean it up. By the time I realized ignoring me it was too late to walk out because it would have been short on only one section and the rest uncut. She took off almost 11/2” and tried to tell me how cute SHE thinks it looks. It’s an unattractive cut that puts me back 10 to 12 weeks on growing my hair long enough to put it in a ponytail. I can’t even get it fixed because that would make it even shorter. I’m extremely angry, and won’t be going to that store again.

I was able to get my haircut in 10 minutes after my reservation on an early Saturday afternoon. Jennifer was excellent. I will be back.

Online check-in makes getting a haircut so much more convenient. Perfect place to come for a clean up cut or styling. We bring the kids here regularly and they get a really nice cut for a reasonable price.

Works for me. Affordable and efficiently. Easy check in via app. 2 bucks off at signing up account and free cut for all military members and veterans on Nov 11.

Very sweet, kind, and capable staff. Went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my haircut and helped me try a different style that looks really good. Thank you!

I genuinely got a good haircut, it's just the opposite of what I asked for, I asked them to not cut the top off and only my sides, and they proceeded to overwrite my choice by saying it looks nicer this way, and then cut 2 inches of the top. The haircut looks great, but it's not at all what I asked for.

Was very unhappy usually go to this Great clips all the time usually have stuff in my notes every single time I will always mentioned mid fade to low fade considering always watched them put notes in sad to say that those type of notes were never put in very unhappy will not in return to location or probably to any more and considering still had to pay when I was not happy with the service.

I asked to have an inch/dusting off my ends. I looked down and there was easily 4 inches cut off! This is very frustrating for someone that has been experiencing slow hair re-growth from medical issues. Affordable but I won’t return.
