Went in two times. Very bad at hospitality. We checked in online and we waited for 10 more minutes after reaching. Then she said we don’t do shampooing while they have that on their Menu

However, she was very new and asked me if the length looked even and didn't measure the layers, still had longer hair to the front and didn't comb out or through to make sure it was cut evenly. She cut around my bangs and then asked, wait, are you growing these out she still cut it, but I went home and rebrushed and cut here and there to help sort out unevenness and not happy with this location.

Kathryn is great. Always cuts my hair the way I want it or suggests something that will work better but still give me what I want.

Always a nice experience, check in online to save yourself from having to wait long. They keep records of how you previously cut your hair, and will ask you if you're wanting the same cut you got on your last visit. Employees typically are in a great mood and seemed like they enjoy working there; and that goes a long way with their guests in the chairs!

The male barber in the store had the filthiest attitude. He has 0 manners, is discourteous and absolutely rude in his speech and behavior. Much as we costumers are doing a favor, he has no gratitude. I would rate him 0 out of 5. Better fire him ASAP

I got lucky, had no wait at all, just walked and they say me right away. Good haircut, too. But, they've raised their prices, just like everything else.

My stylist the best. The gentleman that works there is very loud, rude to all & salon owner should consider him a liability. Action needs to take place with him.

Is what it is. Love me "the guy in the hat". Good cut, good company. All the haters; bet he's the guy they count on to be there day in and day out. Bring in your snot nose rug rats in qty.what do you expect? He's there to make a living not entertain your kids for a 1$ tip. Sure he's gruff. You would be too. Strike up a conversation and get over it for 15min you'll survive.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The older gentleman that wears a hat is extremely rude. He talks downs to customers and talks politics and negatively about minorities. The lady that cut my son's hair was very nice but unfortunately her hair cutting skills are not great. If she didn't know how to cut his hair she should of said something.

They messed me up. The sides are terrible. They cut me too short. They messed the line up on the sides. The service is terrible. The back of my neck is all red.

The guy that cut my hair was rude and totally uninterested in listening to what I wanted in a haircut. He cut it MUCH shorter than I asked. I asked for him to layer it in a way that would add some fullness. "Impossible" was his response. He cut my hair so short my head gets cold now. No shape, just short all over. Worse haircut and salon experience in my life. READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS GUY. Wish I had. He also talked in a derogatory manner about "Indians" & "Mexicans" (his words) that came in for haircuts.
