Asked for a 2 on the side and a 3 on top but received a 1/4 inch buzz cut instead. She seemed more interested in talking to a friend than cutting my hair.

Absolutely fantastic. My friend and I were acknowledged on arrival by courteous and friendly staff. The atmosphere felt clean and welcoming. My friend was quickly seen and looks great!

I have been going to the casa grande location for a few years now. I went to the Maricopa location before that for a few years. I followed my stylus around because I believe in her and I have confidence that she will give me a proper haircut. Francis who is now the manager over casa grande? Is that wonderful employee that I believe in. Thank you for having her. She's awesome!

Worse hair cut ever! This location is full of incompetence, they need go back to school and learn how to cut bangs correctly. I could of done this butch job myself

I been going to this great clips for many years now. I always get a different hairstylist but today I had the pleasure of meeting Jocelyn. Right away she was very friendly and asked if I wanted a shampoo. I've usually just get my haircut for the month and leave but I decided to go along with it. My hair feels amazing. Even though I got extra service she was still fast and efficient as well. She was great to talk to and made my day. Keep up the great work!

I used the online check-in feature which is very convenient. I received a text when my appt.was within 15 minutes. The stylist was very nice and able to fix my haircut that was in need of a trim. I'm happy with my haircut and the customer service from my hair stylist. I would recommend this place to someone that needs a haircut.

This is kind of a 3 strike You're out kind of scenario I have tried multiple times with multiple different people multiple different hairstyles and I have showed them pictures given descriptions I give up I gave them one star because you can usually get in quickly And the people are nice

They did not cut my hair to the instructions I asked for, I asked for it at shoulder height and I cut it to my cheeks

I went in last night to have my hair cut. I want an aline and the end result is just horrible and come to find out the manager was the one who cut my hair. She barley asked questions and basically butchered my hair. Her name is joanne. I will never be going back here ever again.

I frequent your salon on Pinal in the Fry's Shopping Center. I had been going to Cheryl for several years, and she seemed to have disappeared from where I was getting my haircuts. But to my surprise I found her at Great Clips on Pinal and I am so pleased. She is a fantastic stylist and I'm so happy that I found her again thank you
