Horrible customer service. Sent my daughter to get a hair cut. She made an appointment before going. She showed up for her appointment and they acted like she was a bother. One girl refused to do the cut and another spent a total of 5 min on the cut, leaving every couple snips to go talk to others. No wash. No style. Garbage! Will NEVER go here again!

Carla, the blonde hairstylist, is a wonderful and kind woman. She takes her time to make sure you get the haircut you want.

The Great Clips is clean and organized. 30 min wait was the longest I've had to wait and that was because I had come and there were 3 people in seats with stylists and 2 people in front of me. It wasn't because they were slow.

Apparently customer service is no longer taught to the service industry. Stylist was exceptionally rude and unhelpful, and made remarks that would fit the expectation that I, the customer, went to cosmetology school myself and know everything they know. I just went here to get a quick cleanup because I couldn’t make an appointment soon enough at my regular place. At least they got one thing right: it was quick, but highly unpleasant.

Had Kristy give me a hair cut it was the best one I have had since I been in AZ. Since Oct. Came in from MN. Been to a few places bad results.i was beginning to think know one could give a good cut. Then I had Kristy Thank goodness. A great hair cut she new exactly what I wanted. Wait time was short.

I have been going here several years, take my mom here now also. I always go to camille, she is wonderful, listens and never disappoints.

20 min.early 2 get the girl she likes & has to sit another 45 min because she did not get online and cannot make appt.if calls in.she can. 't in.only PEOPLE WHO LOG IN HAVE PRIORITY? I told her 2 find a new place.

Horrible service and not even a sorry after making me wait over an hour. Made it sound it was my fault she didn't check me in. Apparently checking in online means nothing.

We have been going to this location for the last 15 years. They treat us like family and are especially good with our son Bennett.

Ok hair cuts.
Signed in online, arrived a couple minutes early and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Walked out without a haircut and will find a new place to go.
