15Scheduled through the GreatClips app at 5: 00 and received an estimated wait time of 45 minutes. Arrive to the shop at 5: 45 as someone is leaving only to be told that they took their last customer for the day. This location is bad.

They don't like walk ins. Only two customers and several staff. They wanted me to wait forty minutes.
Halfass job by some guy named Armando I dont know how he still has a job at this place can't do simple haircut and complaining of his pay and asking customers to keep the change as a tip
Ever's the best - I always hope that he is there when I go in for a haircut! He listens to what you want and gives me a perfect cut every time!

Easy location and two of my Favorite Stylists! Just wish the chain would upgrade their payment system so they could take Samsung/ Apple pay.
Always great customer service. Jazz and Ever cut your hair like the barber would but in half the time and money.
Baylin was absolutely AMAZING! She is great with little ones, she is patient and kind. She would position herself properly whenever my 2 year old was wiggly. We recommend her wonderful service!
Set up appt online and it lets you know how long you would.have to wait and how many people are before you. Haircut came out exactly what I wanted.

Loved the haircut I got this time by telling the cute, younger stylist (and that I wish I remembered her name) to go for it. I told her to not even look at my profile and to do what she feels like doing but no mullets or mohawks! She took the bait and ran. May do the same thing next time because it puts the onus on them.
