Green Cleaners, Litchfield Park AZ

This was my first time using green cleaners. I must say the service was friendly and great. Best of all they have quick turn times and from what I’ve found the best prices in town compared to their competition. I will definitely be using them again.

Top notch customer service. I dropped off clothing to be dry cleaned and shirts pressed around 1130am and I let them know that I needed them as early as possible the following day, and they were ready at 3pm the same day. They really helped me out of a tight situation. Thank you!

I brought 6 sweatsuits a pair of jeans a pair of shorts and a T shirt to be dry cleaned and they all came back faded and any spots that I thought were goin to be cleaned only got bigger or were made worse. I’m so mad I brought them there bekuz I was tryin to avoid the fading. It looks like they machine washed them and I coulda did that at home. Literally my worse experience at any dry cleaners and I would not recommend anyone bringing your clothes here!

They seem very nice especially the lovely lady at the front desk. As my first experience it didn’t quite met my expectation but what I liked is that they rectified the problem right away without issues. I came from southern California and all my clothes and suits are all designers and there the competition is fierce so all dry cleaners are on top of their game. Your expectation would be met at first transaction. Here in west Phoenix when Dry cleaners are at a minimum and very few know how to deal with designer clothes nor care to go the extra gentle care, you just try to find anyone that can meet middle ground. I believe for those who grew up here in Phoenix this establishment would be top rated. For those who come from big cities like California, Chicago or New York and your clothing represents success and looking professional can make or break closing a huge deal, this is mediocre. With limited choice, I will come back because I like the way they rectified the problem right away with a friendly smile. They are just not the type of DC that you can just grab your clothes and feel confident everything was done at your expectation. I would suggest to inspect it every time.

I really love staff but wish you would go back to next day pick up. Do you clean items that are embroidered?

I took 3 items to be hemmed and after 3 weeks and me calling them multiple times they finally found my items. No one ever returned my calls just seemed like they just couldn't be bothered

Horrible, horrible, horrible. They ruined 5 of my hats that are collectibles, and each one in a different way. One they stained (it didn't have any stains prior to bringing in), they damaged the fronts of 3 of them, and left stains on the bill of another. They also shrunk all 5 (they are fitted hats) so none even fit me anymore. Worst dry cleaner ever, just cost me hundreds of dollars.

No smiles from the staff. Very bland exchange of pleasantries and borderline rude treatment. My thought is; if you hate your job, get another one.
I haven't checked the quality of my drycleaning yet, but it doesn't matter if the job they did was good or bad, due to the lack of customer service and high prices, I will not return to this organization.

On 1/4/23 was my first visit to utilize their service. I was told it would be a wk, before the child sweater would be ready, which was okay. When I returned a week later, first they could not find the sweater, then said I needed to come back in 1 hr. Was satisfied with the work, need to be better organized, plan to give them another try. Staff is friendly and nice.

Excellent service but like many businesses having difficulty finding staff. Ten percent discount for military and veterans every Wednesday.

I've been happy with your service, however, yesterday came to pick up my grandkids jackets and one was ripped a bit at the bottom to find out that your machine ripped it in front of the jacket. My grandson wears it in New York, he needed it. He's leaving on Sunday as he's studying at Columbia University. He won't have that acket to wear.

My wife dropped off a pair of $450 slacks I needed dry cleaned for a business trip. She picked them up and they had hundreds of tiny holes so we just threw them away. Worst experience we've had with such a simple request. Don't take anything you don't want absolutely destroyed.

Took a long time to get waited on to pick up my stuff. No one at the front counter. Guess she was on the phone somewhere
