They are driving in the dimond lane without 2 or more and in and out of the lane like they driving Nascar called company and they told me that they were exempt from the laws no you are not

I must say I like this place. I took my mother's car there for much needed repairs. I had one shop diagnose the issues and the fee's were way to high. A person recommended Greenway Family Auto shop so I called them and I read off the diagnosis from the other shop and with that information Greenway Family Auto shop was able to provide a fair estimate for me over the phone so I had my mom's vehicle taken to them and they got right on the repairs immediately and before they released the car over Scott reviewed the repairs and reviewed the necessary follow up. I have to admit I was a little leary after reading some of the reviews but honestly right from the moment I started speaking to Scott he put me at ease and assured me he could provide good quality service and he delivered. Your never gonna be able to please everyone and being rude to the people your reaching out to help you is just gonna get you the same treatment your giving them. So be nice and respectful of others it doesn't cost a thing and you will be walking out of that shop with a smile just like I did. I highly recommend this shop

We had oil change done prior to driving 1900 miles home. Per the data sheet the cooling system was checked but that was not true as the coolant was extremely low and not identified as an issue. We broke down going up the mountain to flagstaff and had to have this then fixed after we broke down (over heated) 3 times on the mountain. I hope for future if this is indicated as being reviewed that you let customers know when the fluid is low. I am unsure if we will return to your shop now.

First time I have had a car towed but I have been around many tow truck drivers. And have observed not so friendly interactions. So that was what I was expecting. Nope I received very professional service.the guy was awesome and I would call Greenway myself for service. He Was careful with my camaro and put it on carefully and took it off carefully. Thank you.

I have been taking my vehicle to Greenway Family Auto for years. Big Vinny, Dom and their crew are some of the best in the business. I have owned several different types of vehicles and they have always been able to help me with all of them.

I'm new to the area & needed the oil changed in my Lexus. This place was close to my home so I called for an appointment. I went a little before the appointed time & was greeted by name. Oil used is a synthetic blend so it costs more. Also the Lexus uses 6 quarts. Still the total was just over $20. I'm very pleased with the service.

Well the only reason I'm on here is because I was just in Circle K and witnessed the tow truck driver get very angry about not being able to exchange a carton of cigarettes cursed the lady out at the register and kick the glass door and shattered it. Maybe before you act a fool in public you should think about the company truck you're driving, sir. Obviously this isn't the first time he's put a bad name out there for the company though.

My brother have been friends with the owner for years and they always treated us all as family. Dom is always on it and everyone else that work their are so friendly and helpful. Fix's my car in good time every car I get they take amazing care of us and everyone else that goes to them. I highly recommend Greenway Family Auto Service.

Tow truck driver. Will eventually kill someone. Going 55 on 75th ave, literally within 5 feet of my car, and 10 feet from my daughter in the backseat. Judging by all these horrible reviews, that are all based on him, nothing will be done until he hurts or kills someone. Not to mention hopping out of his truck to confront angry drivers? Maybe he'll get hurt before he hurts some innocent driver or family. I will NEVER do business with you all. And I've never even met you. That sucks.

Strongly agree about the aggressive driver just saw him today on 59th ave Cactus weaving in and out of traffic cutting ppl off once someone told him something he pulled up at a red light calling him a little punk cussing and pulled over and got out of the truck in the middle of traffic telling him let's go punk. So not professional and scary.

This place damage my car, the tow truck driver cussed me out and called me all kinds of inappropriate names, and the company did nothing about it. I called several times, and they basically told me to get over it. They also damaged my driveway because they didn't want to pull the car out of the driveway before putting it on the tow truck, the tow truck driver told me that it wasn't his job he didn't get paid to move my car. If I could give this no stars I would.

I have not done business with this company but I will not after seeing how the tow driver was driving. He was driving over 80 miles an hour on the 101 and then cut me off in my Lane exiting onto Bell Road. Once I honked at him to let him know he was in my Lane he got aggressive until he realized that I picked up my phone then he stopped. This happened at 8 p.m. On December 22nd 2017.

I had to have my Hubby's old truck towed from Desert Hills to Black Canyon City. The driver, Tim, was so very careful. I have a handicap lift on the back and he was very careful that it didn't scrap on the ground, blocking up his tow truck to be sure everything went smoothly! I highly recommend them for towing. I will ask for Tim during the future. I have had my BMW towed and drivers were not as careful as Tim. Thanks so much!

The drivers are aggresive. The were going 75mph and tailgating on Cave Creek rd in a 50mph zone. They drive dangerously.

THERE WORK IS OKAY. BUT, WHEN IT COMES TO WHAT THEY CHARGE FOR PARTS THERE MARKUP IS 100%! COMPARED TO AUTO ZONE'S PRICE.
