Greg scala is the most upfront, realest, supportive, encouraging realtor you will pry ever meet. Mind you that i was just scrolling through facebook and saw a video from him talking about houses and first time homebuyers. I instantly felt like my girlfriend and I would be in good hands because he cares for his clients like if they were his family. We weren’t really ready so it took a while for us to get really serious about buying a home. But for those few month he would call and get some information on what we were looking for, what we would want and just getting to know us. I remember when we tried to apply for this loan but kinda got rejected and immediately I called greg and told him about it and he said that it’s alright just because it didn’t work out for that one doesn’t mean it’s the end of the road come. He kept reassuring us that we’re going to find us a home so don’t worry. And he was right
As soon as we filled out information we were ready to look for houses. 2 months felt like 8 months to be honest. We had some high and lows while looking. We found some we really liked but with how crazy the market is we had to make a really quick decision and sometimes we were just too late. There were days where we went and came back feeling like we’re not gonna get what we want. I would stay up late and email and text houses to Greg to see if it would be compatible with the specific loan we applied for and he would respond if not right away but within an hour, very attentive. In every house we would look at he would suggest ideas we could do that we would never have thought about because of the background he has in previous jobs. He’s very knowledgeable and very trust worthy and really just has the biggest heart for his clients. He wants the best for them always. One day Greg sent a link and asked if we would want to look at this and I looked at the pictures and they just weren’t very telling and we thought oh well it couldn’t hurt so we said let’s just go. We didn’t really know what to expect but my girlfriend went and immediately she said she could see us here.she left and rushed to my work and showed him the pictures and long story short here I am writing about the wonderful experience after we closed on that home. Greg if you are reading this we can’t thank you for fighting for us every step of the way. We finally found a home that we can start our story in. Plus it’s a diy project that my girlfriend and I are excited to start. And for the for people who are either nervous to reach out or if you are first time home buyer please don’t worry Greg is awesome and is ready to help you in your journey.

We really enjoyed working with Greg, from day 1 he took the time to get to know us and learn our home wish list. In addition, he is equipped with many great tools to help educate new home buyers like us. We used his packets to narrow down the homes we liked and keep notes and our findings.

There’s so much I want to say about Greg but we are very limited on characters, so I will try my best keep it short and sweet for those of you that come on here and are searching for the BEST realtor. I must say Greg has by far set the bar of expectations so high for anyone in this profession. From the start he was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had as you may know as first time home buyers we have so many questions and so little answers and such an advance language is used by not only the builder but also the loan company. Thankfully we had Greg that was not only so knowledgeable but was also willing to educate us on anything and everything. He was able to indicate several repairs that were needed on our new home, it’s like we got a second set of eyes from an inspector himself. He literally held our hand throughout the whole process, he showed up to everyone of our appointments: our showing, our walk through, our final walk through, and even our appointment with the title company. He had such a positive and compassionate attitude throughout the whole process. I would indefinitely recommend him to anyone that is in the process of looking for a realtor.
