We drive from WI to AZ each winter to spend couple months with our son. Usually my vehicle needs an oil change before returning home. I found Greulich's Automotive a few years ago, and they are now my go-to place for that service. They use Valvoline oil, which is my preferred brand, and their price is great. They also take great pride in educating their customers.

This is a professional establishment, I originally took my vehicle in for battery replacement and ended up needing front brake work. However they did more work than was discussed and after further examination there was a computer glitch that showed me the work being done was different than what it showed them. Long story short they did an extra $700 worth of work I had not agreed to but computer said I did. They were professional and did not charge me for the work they did that I did not agree too! They are that $700 in order to provide excellent services and be professional and took responsibility for the (glitch/misunderstanding). I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting professional services and excellent customer service.

Brad was very professional and courteous. He was upfront about all the repairs needed and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I always choose Greulichs over any other shop for mechanical needs.

Mike was awesome! Extremely helpful, he understood my situation and limitations and helped me with a fix that got me back on the road again. Not only that, I had trouble with my synchrony card and Mike took the time to talk with synchrony to get the bill paid. Guys like Mike are the reason I continue to keep coming back to your company.

First time using the service of gerlich automotive for a oil change n tire rotation.iam very pleased with the service I received. They got my car done in a timely basis. I was on time for my next appt.it took 30mins.the staff was courteous.the cost reasonable

Came in for synthetic oil change. Shawn was up front with the added cost over $49 special due to 6.5 quart volume. On inspection they only suggested air/cabin filter replacements and a rear running and license plate light to replace. Services done within 3 hours from early Friday morning walk in request. I brought my car in because it was having performance issues and my check engine light was on. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the cost was quite reasonable.
