Had a grey water backup on New Year's Day on our brand-new 5th wheel. Service Member came out & diagnosed the issue (on New Year's Day no less) and was extremely knowledgeable & efficient. We have & will continue to recommend them to anyone. Turns out the manufacturer had mislabeled the tanks. The amazing part was he fixed our problem at no charge. What a wonderful start to 2022. We ran into problems with our RV on our trip from Iowa to Arizona. They were able to get our RV looked at as soon as we got to town. In a very short time they had the problem figured out and fixed and us up and running again to be able to enjoy our vacation and family time. What a life saver! Would recommend to anyone!

People with RVs from out of state be careful get a second and third quote before you sign anything

Needed an oil change before heading back across the country. They were able to take me same day. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back.

While stopping overnight in AJ the water pump in our RV went out. They said they could come to us or bring it to them and they would be right on it! We drove it to these guys who found we needed a new pump. One of the guys went to a parts store and got us one and we were back at the Moose lodge in about 2 hours!
We will be having these guys fix all our issues when we return in the fall! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Griffin RV Services! We have a new Omni Super C and could not read the air pressure in one tire. Joseph and David went above and beyond our expectations with the tire issue and put our minds at ease. Joseph checked and topped off the air in all of the remains tires as a courtesy. We were especially impressed with all of the tips and information that both Joseph and David shared with us a new RV owners. It was rare to find such great service.expecially on a Sunday!

Came out and got my jack that was stuck in the down position up so I could head on down the road. They also explained to me how I could do it myself in the future. Helpful, professional and did a good job of communicating when they would come out to help me.
