Groome Transportation, Prescott AZ

Excellent service and a much appreciated one. The driver was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely being using Groome Transportation every visit to Prescott.

I’d like to thank the very kind lady that helped us this morning. My guest THOUGHT she had made a reservation and she had not. The lady on the phone was very kind in getting her on a shuttle at the very, very last minute.

110 degrees in Phoenix and the van that picked me up had no air conditioning. And it was full of people. How is this ok? Find another way to get back to Prescott because this isn’t it.

Joey saved the day! We are sitting waiting to board our plane due to Star driver Joey. He picked us up at home dropped us off but no other driver came to take us to the airport. We called him and he dropped everything to get us to the airport safe and on time. No thanks to Groome administration who has no one to call before 7 am. For those of us taking 4 am transport it was only because Joey had the courtesy to call us and let us know he was on his way initially that allowed us to have someone to contact. Groome you need a dispatch for those of us needing transport before 7 am. It was only thanks to Joey we made our flight. Groome gets one star. Joey gets five!

I took the early morning shuttle from the La Quinta hotel in Prescott. I didn't get the drivers name, but he was a excellent driver in spite of the major construction that was going on at this time of the morning. Thank you

The driver was friendly and drove really well. When he saw traffic slowing down, he knew another way to get us to the airport.

Great service. I always advise taking a shuttle one time slot earlier than they recommend going to PHX airport from Prescott. I-17 is super unpredictable for traffic.

We’ve been using Groome to and from Sky Harbor since we moved here in 2018. Never had a problem and their service has always been great. Drivers are friendly and the vans are clean.

The ride to the airport was good but the ride back was a bit uneasy. My 8: 20am on May 26 shuttle driver was like a ping-pong ball going over the white line while in the right lane and then would try and center herself but then would drive into the left lane before correcting herself. Cars around her would end up having to avoid her because she would get into their lane before correcting herself. I was worried she may hit someone because she veering into their lane. She even ran over the rumble strip! I don't feel she should be driving the shuttle bus since she complained it was to big which caused her to run over the rumble strip. I recommend that if they let her drive with them to let her drive the little shuttle vans instead of the shuttle bus. Not sure if people post reviews but I felt it was very important for to say something about this incident. I've used Groome many times with no issues but this incident was not comforting.

Used this service multiple times on my trips to and from PHX airport. Have always had a positive experience with each and every trip I've taken no matter what time of day (or night!).

Service is good and they are almost always on-time. The drivers are almost always loud pedantic old white men, so if you can handle that at 4am, I say go for it.

Very efficient and very reliable. I have used them for about 5 years for numerous trips between PHX and Prescott and have never been disapointed.update 2023: the service has gone downhill under the new ownership.website is a joke, don't try to book online, it just keeps deleting the info you just put in.
