Guadalupe and Rural - Goodwill - Retail Store and Donation Center, Tempe AZ

I am an advocate for any person with special abilities that are being mistreated in any way. I will not stop at the bare minimum when such a buse is being permitted. The manager seems to think it's okay to make fun of her hard of hearing employee behind his back, but so the other employees can hear her clearly. A few employees have said something but it is very sad. A majority of them have not. They have just turned their head. This store needs to be thoroughly investigated, new management needs to be brought in and revamping of all employees. This is a very nice Goodwill it appears when you walk in however if you look underneath the surface their breaking the law

They're awesome, I moved wanted to donate 17 year's of stuff it was raining cat's and dog's. Not just once but 3 times and the staff didn't blink an eye. HAT'S OFF GUY'S AND GAL'S. YOU GET PAID PENNIES AND STILL HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE! !

As far as Goodwills go, this one is pretty good. Extensive bag section, good men's clothes section, some nice craft items. It's not very clean and has a pretty invasive smell of trash through most of the store, but darn if you can't find some nice stuff.

Disgusted and has been raining and flooded and I drove All the way over here from the other side of town for them to tell me they are closed. Mind you it is 6: 07 PM. When the time online Clearly states 9: 00PM. Really?

I had a bunch of sheets I needed to return because my wedding was postponed but I had lost the receipt, fortunately one of the employees, Marsida (sorry if I’m misspelling your name), helped me out a lot! She went through the system to find when I had done my purchase and reprinted the receipt. I’m so grateful for that especially since money is tight. I haven’t had the best experience with returns and stores and I expected this encounter to be the same, but thankfully Marsida was there, she is a wonderful person and very understanding, I hope all employees strive to be like her, I know she went out of her way to help me, especially since she checked multiple days and times to find the transaction. Thank you from the bottoms of my heart.

Service is great! And the food is wonderful very clean and friendly. I love it that the gal was there when we needed her didn't have to wait. Recommend highly

Generally well-stocked store, pretty clean, good selection, bathroom is cleaner than many locations. Usually my first stop on the chain of Guadalupe Goodwills (Rural-Dobson-Gilbert).

Good location with a variety of items that are usually in pretty great shape. Always good service. Needs more selection of toys if anything.

No interaction from the staff and the store was completely dirty. The visit was not worth the gas to get there

This Goodwill is great. The people are really friendly and the things they sell are great. I love shopping at this Goodwill and will be shopping there everyday.

Great place! Arti and Monae are great! Always enjoy talking to them. I go there almost everyday, sometimes the prices are high but if you use a coupon or wait till the sale days you can save a little>

I always love Goodwill, not only does it help the whole community, but you can always find some really good and unique things. It's definitely my go to for Halloween costumes that are original and usually the contest winner!

This goodwill can sometimes be on the dirty side inside. The people are friendly and super helpful.

Idiots sell the stuff you already bought and when you come pick it up the next day, all they can do is give you store credit. Not even your money back for their irresponsibility. 0 stars

My sister and I went here on a "half off" day so it was a little chaotic, but we both found some great treasures - - cool coin purses, books, and clothes for bargain prices.

What's a good quiet environment the store has a lot of options for asking homes as far as furniture and appliances has a nice selection of women clothes the Manchu sucks at all Goodwills but overall this is a pretty good place to shop
