Gucci, Scottsdale AZ

Honestly Ashley was so amazing. Her customer service skills was outstanding! I have been here a couple times and she is the most friendliest welcoming customer service representative I’ve encountered. I highly recommend to ask for her by name!

Nothing wrong with Gucci neccesarily, just something wrong with the staff. You'd think a company like this would hire some more professional, helpful staff. I do not recommend coming to this location.

Terrible costumer service today. My friend and I ended up going in Prada and Louis Vuitton. And they were just perfect. Big difference!

Ive been a loyal customer at gucci. From china to sf to az. But so far az has the worst service lmao. Sales ignored us as we are trying to ask for products and went straight to an older dude. I think its cuz my age looks like i cant afford them or something? Lol thats not how gucci’s service should be. Please be more professional thanks. Even the service are so bad i still copped so much from there just because this is the only gucci store in the whole az. Sigh.

The worst customer service ive ever experienced, im no one to expect any type of special service. But being treated like a 2nd class citizen by the employees who cant even afford the clothing them self is UNEXCEPTABLE, save time and go to the LV store next door much better experience.

Went in to ask for info on who can fix one of my Gucci watches since no one in the valley will work on it. I walked up to an associate knowing there was other people that were "just looking" to ask if they can ship it out to repair it. NOPE. I HAD MY BACK TURNED ON AND BLUFFED OFF. LIKE WHAT. Terrible service.

It's February and I'm trying to return something I bought in October. Still in box, with receipt and they refused

Went to exchange item, was very busy and advised to return by 9pm. Tried to return 820pm doors were closed, associate said to return another day. In a mall full of high-end retail, just go somewhere else.

There’s only a few great employees that are actually helpful. I wanted to spend money on a great gift without overspending! I was assisted to some affordable items and greeted throughout the transaction with a smile.

I am a kid im 14 and when I went in there I was helped immediately and the Girl that worked there was so nice and understanding and helped me buy my grandma a nice bottle of perfume for my grandmas birthday.

Trying to buy a wallet and no one can seem to help. Everyone rushing around but no one doing much. Finally someone said they would put us in que. I just want helped. I've run many stores and this kind of service would not fly at any of them.

I'd have to agree with the other reviews. Went in today on a whim after the gym in gym clothes since I live 1.5 miles from Fashion Square. Went to look at belts and wasn't helped by a salesperson but had the security guard follow me and stand by the back corner where they keep the belts. Bad move. Buying my 2 Gucci belts at Saks now. They should have had the salesperson not the security guard breathing down my neck. Would have been a quick $900 sale for them.

Such an amazing experience every time I go into this location, had a sales rep named Anne, who was extremely helpful and very attentive to all my needs and made me feel wanted in the store! This store has everything I am always looking for and more. Absolutely love!

The worst customer service. The blonde lady with long curly hair has such an attitude all the time. I've been to this store repeatedly and will never purchase from her. I end up calling another Gucci and have them ship.

Gucci has the worst customer service that I have seen I will be posting bad reviews on all platforms Of media So people could find out how bad of a service Gucci provides to their customers the shoes are not cheap you pay for what you want and they still treat you like you were trash that is bad customer service and bad relationship with towards your customers

I’ve been buying at Gucci for years in multiple countries but this location is a real comedy. I walked in and I see a proudly standing man. Did not say hello or asked how I was doing. Then I picked 2 pairs of shoes I wanted to buy for upcoming shows and for over 15 minutes nobody has helped me. I walked out lookin at the man at the front and he didin’t even say have a nice day or kiss my ass. Seriously Gucci in Arizona disappointed me!
