Moving to another country is never easy, especially when trying to buy a home while living in another country. Travis Smart and his team are great. I mentioned to who ended up to be my realtor that I wasn’t quite satisfied with the mortgage person I had as it was two months since giving her my info and documents and I still haven’t heard how much loan I can qualify for.

I gave my contact info and received Travis’ info. Later that day, Travis contacted me, got my info over the phone, and that evening, I got alerted he ran a credit report on me. Next day, he let me know how much I can qualify for.

That gave us the confidence to look at houses more earnestly. That was October 10. Our offer on the first house we wanted was accepted mid-November. And, now, we have our home. We closed escrow on our schedule based on our preferences and Travis accommodated that.
