Hale's workman showed up on time and inspected the damage. He assessed what was needed, left to obtain the proper tile, returned the same day to replace the broken tile. While on the roof he observed several damaged tiles and a crack in one of the skylights. A week later he and a helper returned to replace the broken tiles and the cracked skylight. I highly recommend Hale's roofing.

Quan and team were very professional and through with the repair and installation. Update and keep you informed of the progress and paid attention to detail. Cleaned the areas end of workday. I was impressed by this team, they even used metal detector when cleaned the areas. We are very happy with Hale Roofing and strongly recommend this company.

We replaced our old cedar shake roof with a new Class A fire-resistant CertainTeed Presidential Shake roof, added two new skylights and replaced two others, improved the attic ventilation, and had fire-resistant invisible-vent aluminum soffit installed over a fire-resistant sheet product. In addition, we had a solar array installed in connection with Hale's new partnership with Fusion Power (which is in the Phoenix area), also handled through our Hale's sales rep.

Our sales rep, Nick Oman, was very helpful, responsive, worked closely with us regarding what we wanted to do and the possible ways to accomplish those goals, and provided us with suitable options for inclusion or exclusion from his bids, all at reasonable pricing. As a certified CertainTeed Shingle Master installation company, Hale's was able to provide us with upgraded roofing installation and warranty coverage beyond their own 5-year installation warranty. The job supervisor, Creighton Kim, was excellent. He came to our house in advance of the job to ensure that he understood exactly what was needed and what we wanted, and continuously followed up with the crews and us, all the way through completion of the work.

The installation work was exceptional, the skylights (through Hale's new Construction division) provide wonderful interior lighting, and the soffits look great. The solar system was installed by Fusion in a surprisingly brief installation process, including snaking the wiring through the attic (no rooftop conduits). We're still understanding how the new solar system is going to work out with the APS solar power rebate program and their options for Time of Use service pricing, but it is beginning to look like we'll come close to our goal of a near-term 8% Return On Investment for our purchase, which should grow higher if power costs rise, but is also subject to APS service pricing changes. (Fusion also offers leasing and purchased-power contract options, but we chose outright purchase to keep the tax incentives and reduce issues if we sell the house.) We came through the heavy downpours of this year's monsoons with no leaks or issues of any kind that relate to their work. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Nick, Creighton, and Hale's and Fusion crews to anyone considering roofing, general construction, or solar installation work.

This company was outstanding! All proposed work was clearly laid out in writing and all work had pictures taken before and after. The team was professional, prompt and communicated effectively. I had a change from the original proposal and that was incorporated easily and without charge. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE from start to finish.

Great company to use, very responsive, arrived on the day and at the time they said they would. First day met Chad, Jeremiah and crew. Within the first hour they were tearing off my old roof which was two layers. I knew I had some bad sheathing but as it was exposed they informed me and gave me a total of boards that needed to be replaced. On day two I met Miguel who was the lead carpenter and within 3hrs I had 6 skylight openings in our roof and they were building the curbs. Even with the recent hot weather (early July) the crew finished our roof in 5 days with the final installation of the 6 skylights. We are very pleased with the roof and the quality of the work and professionalism of the team, our site was cleaned up every day before the crew left. They even documented the work through various pictures each day which they sent to me. If you are considering a new roof or repairs I highly recommend Hale’s Roofing to do your work.
