Barbara and her team are honest, thorough, and very helpful. I walked in today in order to get a diagnosis for the leak on my car. They spent 45 minutes looking into it, and did not charge me for the diagnosis or their time.unfortunately this is something they were not able to fix on my specialized German automobile, but did recommend somebody and they were happy to assist me, even though they made zero dollars this time. I can’t recommend them enough.

I've taken both my vehicles here since they opened - always honest straight forward good people. They have done everything from the basic oil changes to engine work for me and always stood by their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Came in for Blake fluid flush and oil change. They took the time to look at brake fluid and let me know it's still in great shape. So they only charged for oil change. I appreciate honest companies like this.

I took an H3 2008 Hummer in for a power steering fluid leak on March 6th, 2022. They ended up replacing 4 shocks for about 600 dollars and then called me and said it was actually the rack and pinon leaking. To make a long story short they have replaced the rack and pinon 4 times over 3 months and it is still leaking worse than ever. This may only be their supplers fault, but the owner will not return my calls. I looked them up with the BBB (and you can also). Their rating is "F". Their other shops in Phoenix said they would not cover it as the warranty appaently only applies at the shop that you took it to, so their national presence is really worthless in this regard. I am moving on to small claims court where I have had very positive experience in situations such as these.

Ac went out and they got me in and out in the same day! Super helpful and straight to the point without hassle! Even helped me out when I thought I left my glasses there and checked the cameras to find out if I even had them on in the first place! Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend them to anyone in that area!

They charge $100 per hour for labor and on my receipt it shows 1.5 hour. So that was $150! I was there for only 1 hour. I Arrived at 4pm and left at 4: 50pm. I asked Jimi about it. He said since he's experienced and can get it done faster than anyone else, he can can do that and charge me more. I told him that's misleading. He said "sorry" did not look or sound genuine. I probably won't be back here again. I felt like they took advantage of me.

This is the only place I will take my car! They are friendly and they explain every issues in detail. They have previously installed my air conditioner motor and it works amazing. They also just installed a new engine for me at a great price. I worked with Jimmy throughout the whole process and he was amazing!

These guys are the real deal. I will be using this shop moving forward. I had been having issues with my brakes and was quoted a ridiculous number to have the job done. I called the shop this morning and spoke with Jimi extremely cool and professional guy. Explained that I needed a brake job done on all 4 brakes (Rotors, pads, and brake flush) and if this could be done same day. Jimi quoted the job for basically half the price and that it could all be done same day. Dropped the truck off at 10AM and received a phone call at 2PM that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Jimi explained that the new brakes that were put on the vehicle are OEM and will have a warranty with the shop if there is ever an issue.

Jimmy was extremely accommodating with the shop’s busy schedule. Put me on for the very next day when I needed a vehicle inspection. Did an awesome job explaining what my car needed and how much it would cost as well as other recommendations. Price seems really fair for the amount of work and parts involved. Thanks Jimmy!
