Great museum to go to with tons to look at. Great gift shop that you could either go straight to without having to do the tour or at the end of the tour

Very interesting to learn about the past and present times with the fire dept. All the trucks are very cool. Children love it. We take our grandson. This is his second trip, it is something we will take him to again and again.

Being an ex firefighter this place was amazing every type of engine, to pumper and ladder, as well as helmets patches and equipment and a place for kids. The gifts in the gift shop I thought were very fairly priced as well I will be back

The world's largest firefighting museum. Great trucks and apparatus of the past. A must place to visit.

If you are trying to decide if you should go to the Hall of Flame Meusem, just do it. You won't be disappointed. It was my first stop after getting to Phoenix and I am very glad I stopped here. It costs $10 to get in but it is totally worth it!

Friendly staff, it is a very interesting exhibit. Anyone, young or old, if they like fire fighting equipment will enjoy this museum. There is equipment for all over the world and covering 100 years. Families will all enjoy their time here. There is also a gift shop. Parking is free.

Very neat place. So many beautiful fire trucks and the fire department patch collection has some really cool patches.

Came here thinking it was a Waka Flocka Flame museum. Furiously disappointed when I found out it was not. Looks like a good place for Dalmatians or ex-football players looking to research a new career.

It costs to get in, and it's just room upon room of fire engines (present day and old). They give you a binder with info on each engine, but I didn't like having to flip through to read about each engine. I wish they'd just had plaques up that you could skim over, as well as more than just engines.

My nephew had a good time and the trucks were pretty cool. The gentleman at the front was very kind.

One of the first stops we made getting into town. It was such a great experience! The admission to get in is the cheapest in town for the experience you get out of it. The museum staff were very friendly and informative and they knew what they were talking about being retired firefighters themselves. Was very glad we chose to come here!

Best museum with extremely and knowledge caretakers. We have young kids, so they were somewhat quickly bored with the rooms of dozens of fire trucks old and new lined up neatly. Fortunately there's a truck available to climb.om to your heart's content (a big hit!) and a area towards the back with all sorts of things of toys to play with and setups to climb on - including a fire station pole and a short platform with steps to try it from. A good time, but older kids - and anybody passionate about old equipment or firefighting - would have an even better time!

Amazing collection, you can easily spend hours there if you want to look at everything. The staff are not overly friendly so don't be offended, they are not professional tourist trap guides.
