9Great stay. It's a chain hotel, so you know where everything is, but it was still a nice experience. Service was good and people were friendly. It was a good location for people who are going to be traveling across the valley or wanting to stay near Tempe or Scottsdale. Nice stay overall.

Great customer service and the hotel is clean. The room feels comfortable and the area is clean. Breakfast is complimentary and was good! Made me some waffles and eggs they made it like an omelette with cheese. I like how they make you feel like home and let you help yourself with the breakfast. Thank you for everything Tempe! Well done!
I only ever stay at Hampton Inns. They are, of course, not all alike in terms of management, but even the ones that are not a five star review are good because of the beds and breakfast they offer. The Hampton Inn in Tempe is excellent. Beautiful outside seating with a fireplace nearby, clean, good customer service, ample parking, great location. Another winner!
The hotel is okay. The staff is friendly. But the location has a lot of homeless people hanging out in the back parking lot.
The guy that checked me in great customer service service and establishment was clean and welcoming.enjoyed the pool and breakfast was awesome! Overall our stay was wonderful even though it was just one night
Rooms were clean and sized well. The location on the main road in Tempe is also nice. Easy access to necessities.
This hotel is a textbook example of what excellent management and hiring a good staff results in for the customer experience. Great and clean breakfast bar, great service, digital key on the Hilton app, more than plenty of free parking, and as an added perk the location is absolutely amazing, clean gym, in walking distance to a lot of great food (try the acai spot 0.3 miles away!) and super close gas station.
About all you can ask for for a hotel experience. As someone that only stays at Hilton due to discounts I get, this is by far one of the best Hilton locations in the country I’ve ever stayed at.
