18Clean room, pet friendly and good location right off 10. Updated rooms, beautiful bathrooms and smells nice. Very happy with this location… and I have standards.
Quiet, clean, friendly, relatively inexpensive for what you get. How do you beat that? Breakfast included with your stay too. Nnnnnice
My toddler found a insulin needle in the the bathroom. We where lucky to catch him early. As far as we see he did not stick himself with it. Very scary!
Good hotel on the southern end of Tucson, close to Hwy 10. Easy access to Vail, Tombstone, Patagonia.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms. Stayed here one night as we were passing through Tucson. We had a dog. Expensive non-refundable pet fee ($75). Glad there is a Burger King right next door, we walked there.
The place was super clean. Everyone that worked there was so friendly. First class service.
Hats off to the management. The person at the front desk (Alicia) made you feel as if you were being invited to someone's home. She is the epitome of 'World-class' service. Something rare in today's hospitality industry. I have traveled to over 43 countries and will rank my experience near the top.
Room was very clean & stocked. Very near our grandson's school where he was performing in a play. We'll be back 3 more times in this school year.
Bed is uncomfortable. For the price of the room, you’d expect they would provide a bed that didn’t sag. I felt every spring and woke up with a back ache.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything.
Even though the room I stayed for a couple of days was good, the front desk treated me as if I was an intruder and I felt very offended. I will not forget how they treated me.
Katie, the front desk receptionist, was very rude, unprofessional, and hostile toward my husband upon check in.
He had to call me to get our rooms sorted, as she almost refused to service him.
During the call, she inferred I did not book as I could not answer her unclear and poorly worded questions as quickly as she liked. Her communications were unclear and alarming at best.
I provided the information I placed on a third party app as what she the personal identifiable information she wanted made me very uncomfortable OVER SPEAKER.
Her unprofessional, bitter, and poor costumer service followed all the way to check out as she remained the same if not more unpleasant.
She is not fit for public service, her poor attitude and lack of costumer service does not seem to be an exception but a common rule in this establishment.
75.00 fee added for 120 room. No warning you book first and then you find out. Oh and it's non refundable. Do not book with Trip Advisor. 200 for one night like it's not the Hilton
Great experience! Clean comfortable beds, great service, staff was very helpful and courteous, will definitely stay there again!
Staff was great, room was nice. Shampoo was empty but that's really the only complaint. A bit pricy but everywhere is now. Pet friendly is worth noting. Not everywhere is. They charge a hard fee for pets.
This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The service was impeccable. The front desk girl, Alicia, was amazing and deserves a raise. She was there when I got there. My daughter had already reserved the room for me. Alicia had everything ready. She also recommended an excellent Mexican restaurant. I had a very, very good experience and would recommend it to anyone.
First let me shout out to Alicia at the front desk. She is one of the best humans in the planet and her customer service is top notch.she took care of my mom's stay I made for her at the last moment so beyond words wonderful I cannot thank her enough.it was just a stop on the road for my mom to CA off i10. I'm super picky as I travel each week and I'm very overly thankful grateful and blessed by this A+ customer service she provided was wonderful. Her restaurant recommendation was amazing.and my mom couldn't stop talking about how great everything was. Thank you hilton and for the Supah Stahh girl you hired! You nailed it!
