I recently purchased a Rolex Deep Sea at Hamra. Kimberlie was great and really helped to make the experience special. The customer service was phenomenal, and I’m looking forward to doing more business with Kimberlie and Hamra in the future.

My father and I made an appointment with Kimberlie prior to coming out for our golf trip. He was hoping to surprise me with a Rolex for hitting a personal goal I made for my company. Kimberlie was unbelievable and was amazing to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Brand and the different models. She said that she would keep us in mind if something on my wish list came in. I would highly recommend Kimberlie and Hamra to anyone looking for a top shelf experience.

Kimberlie reached out to me the day before Christmas Eve letting me know she was able to get the Rolex of my dreams. It's not everyday that you meet someone that has as much dedication to their customers as Kimberlie. I know that many people have probably walked in asking for the same watch. I am very thankful that she remembered me and followed through on her promise to get me one. I don't think I have ever had better customer service in my life. Hamra is very lucky to have Kimberlie on their team!

I just completed my first purchase with Hamra. I had a wonderful experience. I was advised by Kimberlie and she knocked it out of the park. Dan helped me make the final decision, which was tough for me to do alone. Haha You get the "whole package" when you shop with Hamra. I received world-class service, product knowledge, product training, and attention to detail, all at the right pace. The fact that things went so well means a little more because I’ve yet to purchase a luxury timepiece. Hamra is the first jeweler to make me feel at ease, while being educated about my options. I wish I would have found them sooner. I will be back.

I highly recommend Hamra Jewelers on Scottsdale Road. The owners Paul and Jeff are brothers and they convey the true sense of family owned. When we go in we feel so welcomed and enjoy visiting just to look at the beautiful inventory of jewelry and timepieces. Kimberlie is our sales associate and she is so personable and knowledgeable about watches. We have been able to make a very special purchase which will be treasured!
