I've been here a few times since March. I enrolled in their Membership after their my first visit because the experience was EXACTLY what a single, workaholic woman in her 30s NEEDED to melt the stress yoga, journaling, bubble baths and therapy WAS NOT removing from my body and even my face muscles. Ive had both facials and massages here. The staff are subject matter experts on the services they provide. I often ask them questions about things that are afflicting me like tight hips or hyper pigmentation and they are quick to respond with a thorough answer and solution, which I LOVE. For Facials I recommend Missy. For Massage I recommend Wyatt and Antonio.if you are intimidated by having a male masseur, each room is equipped with an "attention button" you can secretly press during your service to report any is misconduct. It's nice to know they go above and beyond to ensure clients feel secure and protected. Hand and Stone seems like another commercial massage place, but it is a TRUE Hidden treasure of Gilbert. Thank you to all staff there. You are all WIZARDS!

Can’t speak for anyone but Veronica, but she’s great for deep tissue. She’s also good with multiple techniques and willing to change things up if needed.

Don’t get the membership! My “credits” expired 2 weeks before I called to use them. Take heed- once you cancel your membership you have 90 days to use them no matter how many massages/facials you have paid for! Not ever returning!

My husband and I come for couples massages and always choose to see Heather and Veronica…they are absolutely perfect for us. I love a firm massage which Heather is amazing at providing and always focuses on my problem areas literally making them disappear by the time we’re done! My husband enjoys is a little softer (but effective) and Veronica really relieves the stress he Carrie’s in his muscles. We will only get our massages from them!

Got 2 hour massages for $69 on black Friday and finally used them. WOW! Massage was great. That a part of the experience deserves five stars,
Heather was amazing. But the reason that there’s only three stars here is the front desk. They self admitted they were all new, they had issues with at least two customers while I was waiting.customers that said they’ve been going there for years and never had these issues.there’s a girl there I think her name might be Angie I don’t really remember she has red glasses in her septums pierced. She was just way too judgmental from the moment we walked in the door. She was pushy on the monthly subscription package. My husband said no I said no and instead of just saying OK see you next time she wanted me to explain to her why I wasn’t gonna pay for it today? I probably would’ve bought it if you weren’t so pushy or just judgmental. That’s literally the only reason why I didn't sign up. I come there for a massage to relax and then I get badgered at the counter when leaving? No thanks.

Had a facial that was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Hair was a hot mess afterwards so definitely bring a hat.

Make sure you look carefully at the text. I had the same massage appointment times for 3 months in a row. THEY changed my appointment time and called me a no call no show.

Massages were great but it’s my fault and blamed me after they changed my appointment time

Pathetic customer service. I called moring and said I was sick, they still asked for 80$ cancellation fee and asked to come if I can if not pay 80$. Cancelled subscription

Hand and Stone provides a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and more importantly some of the most gifted therapists i have had the pleasure of experiencing. So happy I went there.

Anita Rogers and her staff are awesome. Their customer service and skillful delivery of of massage and facial services is superior to just about anyone I have ever experienced. Highly recommend Hand and Stone Facial & Massage Spa!

Had a terrible experience with scheduling. Should never have happened. Ineptness and ineptitude is not acceptable. I traveled quite a ways to get there only to find out my appointment had not been booked even though I confirmed it the Friday before.

The experience was pretty good but the girl I had ignored me when I told her it started to burn so it got more painful and less enjoyable. Then the after results was horrible. I got very dry and patchy red spots around my mouth and broke out very bad. It hurt to even put on moisturizer.

I brought my wife a gift card and she made an appointment to go in for a facial on her day off work. They call her the day of to reschedule because the person didn't show up for work. She goes in for her rescheduled appointment after taking time off work only to be told that her appointment was rescheduled for the wrong service and that she would need to reschedule again. I called furious and was told that the general manager would call me. I'm still waiting.

I have been going to Angela for 7 months now and she is awesome! Great esthetician; very knowledgeable and professional. She has helped me feel better about my skin.

Veronica is amazing! Her knowledge of the body and her ability to really find where you need the most work and provide what is needed in that area without you saying a thing is unmatched!

The owner Anita is an absolute joy and pleasure to be around and the is so welcoming when you enter the facility! Love going there knowing I will leave feeling relaxed and the time spent will have been effective to my health!
