Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Anthem AZ

I just saw Steven for about our 4th session. He used a jade Gua Sha stone for fascial release work. It was amazing. Highly recommend Steven for being in tune, therapeutic, and for exploring and expanding his massage knowledge and practice.

(Previous review) I just had the most professional, thoughtful, thorough and effective massage I have ever had at this location. I selfishly want to keep him a secret but my desire to give him kudos outweighs my selfishness. Amazing work Ben!

Love love LOVE this hand & stone location. They are so kind and helping to my mother and I. Ski has made some amazing changes since joining the staff. When he sees me pulling in he even comes out to the car to help me get my mom in. In addition to his amazing personality he is so knowledgeable! He’s helped me clear my skin up in weeks with treatments during our facial sessions and the products he’s recommended. Kiba is new to the team and is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. She listens to my needs and goes above and beyond. Although Stephon typically gives my mom her massages I’ve also very much enjoyed my sessions with him. He’s so patient with my mom and helps her anyway he can beyond the massage. The staff always makes sure our rooms our next to each other in case I need to come help my mom with anything. They are all just so thoughtful. Megan & Mia at the front desk are always so helpful and nice. They are so thorough in booking appointments, sending reminders and checking us out. I’ve been to a few massage facilities in the Phoenix area and by far the staff and service at Anthem Hand & Stone are the very best! I highly recommend giving them a try!

Received a massage from Keyana today and had to give her a 5 star review. Keyana is an amazing therapist! I have dealt with neck issues for over a year and I feel like my old self again after just one session. I have already booked a return visit

Jasmine was wonderful I had been having trouble with my skin for over a year with hormonal acne and she managed to clear it up in one visit. I honestly am still surprised as I had seen other estiticians and it got better but never went way. Thank you again jasmine see you next month!

Sarajo gives an amazing faciel. I’ve used her for several years and find her technique flawless. I’ve benefited from all she has recommended. But more importantly, she’s a joy to with.

Had my first massage today and Stefan was amazing! I informed him at the beginning about where I prefer firm pressure and where I need lighter pressure, and I didn’t have to remind him at all during the session. I felt very comfortable, safe, and relaxed. The new spa manager for this location and the receptionist were very welcoming and informative!

I once again received a top-notch massage from Allison. I've been seeing her for years as my massage therapist and have written many positive reviews on her on their website. It really saddens me to write this because there are some very talented individuals here. However this business is ran with no regard to its clients or professionalism from the owner whatsoever. My mother came here and took off her 25th anniversary ring for a massage. Shortly after she left her massage she realized she left her wedding ring in the room. In less than 30 minutes her ring completely vanished without a trace and with nothing but a “sorry” phone call from the owner. The involved employee (s) are still currently employed here. The lack of integrity and urgency from the staff involved and ownership regarding this situation is astonishing. This business supports theft of its clients, dishonesty within the staff, and outright poor business practices from ownership. Please, Do not trust this location. Do not support a business that supports stealing from its paying members.

Love Allison! She is like going to physical therapy, knows how to work the muscles deeply when you have serious issues!

Hand and Stone in Anthem has excellent therapists for massage and facials. The prices are reasonable and the scheduling is easy thanks to being open 7 days a week. The front desk staff are super mice and have superb customer service. Allison in particular is so skilled in massage therapy. She is friendly, knowledgeable and strong. I highly recommend Hand and Stone in Anthem and specifically Allison.
