I have Been seeing Candice for about 4 months now for facials. She is amazing. She has done fantastic work with my skin, I get Compliments all the time. She always knows just what to do.
I saw Tiffany for the first time for a massage. She is fantastic. I do deep tissue because I carry a lot in my shoulders and she did an absolutely amazing job! Thanks you ladies!

Was having some issues booking online and gave them a call. I was able to get in same day in the afternoon! Jen is a super star and incredible with their customer service and really cares that you enjoy your time with them and feel relaxed. Highly recommend

I have the membership to allow me a massage a month. Echo was amazing. He continually asked if the pressure was ok and aid attention to my trouble areas. When we were done he gave me pointers how to stretch my back in between massages to help alleviate tension. 10 stars out of 5. Ask for Echo. You'll thank me.

I really had a very relaxing and recharging massage. The Masseuse was very pleasant and thorough and did an amazing massage.

Update: I got a prenatal massage to finish using my membership and I paid for a full massage and only got a 40 minutes of massage time. The massage was decent. Also I had a gift card for $30 +upgrade so I was expecting to be able to use the $30 towards my massage and then also get an upgrade. But when I asked about it they said I could use the $30 towards an upgrade and that it did not include an additional upgrade. Very misleading advertising! Paid WAY to much for a massage cut so short! Also even though I paid for a prenatal massage they gave me the standard bed that does not adjust and it was to tight and uncomfortable for someone who is pregnant.

Impossible to schedule! I have had multiple times where I scheduled and appointment weeks in advance and then call to confirm or show up to my massage and they say they don’t have my appointment. It’s too much of a headache to try and schedule and manage my reservations. Very limited availability as well so when I had to reschedule it would be another month out.

This place is great! Nice staff very good knowledgeable therapists! Worked all my knots out! Came out a different woman! I’d share his name but I don’t want him booked up and I never can get an appointment! Lol

My partner and I were gifted 3 massages by a member of Hand and Stone. The member paid in full and was given a card to give to us. My partner used one of them in Ahwatukee and we called several locations to use the remaining 2. Everybody we’ve spoken to have been very rude when we call to try to book an appointment, including the manager at this location. This is a universal one star review for this entire business. We’ve called at least 5 locations in Arizona and every single person has not been helpful and has been extremely rude. If the people who manage these locations are rude to customers, I can’t imagine how a massage from here could be relaxing.

Unfortunately everything was not professional from start to finish when I reached out for an appt in the first place. They couldn’t get their info right from the beginning over the phone so why should I be surprised when I walk in and find out they cancelled my appointment. They said someone called to cancel my appt due to being out of state and I had made the appt the night before as a last minute decision so I just don’t understand how it all got mixed up and if they really did cancel my appt I never got a cancellation email or anything. So I show up and came that’s when they tell me it was cancelled before hand so tell me why when I walked out 10 minutes later I got a email saying my appt was cancelled. I feel like they took one look at me and lied to me because I maybe didn’t fit their esthetic. Needless to say I will be sticking with cleanse face and body bar in Gilbert. There they treat me like gold and it’s a more personalized experience and after seeing the way this establishment treats clients it’s definitely worth 25 minute drive.

Fantastic staff and excellent facilities. Melissa is the best physical therapist with just the right pressure in all my problem areas (lower back and shoulders mostly). Would definitely recommend as it is an incredibly relaxing and wonderful experience.

Never leave reviews or do social media but this place is the best! Very accommadating to get me in last minute and leave feeling 5 years younger!

Service is 5 stars, but currently you need to wait over a week to find an appointment slot.

Had an amazing, relaxing facial today with Maddy. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She used the nanoneddling and it was great! My skin feels awesome.

I love when I get out of this place. It does really help me. Always get out relax. I will keep coming

My daughter and I have been members for a few years. We look forward to our monthly facials with enhancements especially the peppermint scalp massages. All the aestheticians are very professional, kind and very helpful with valuable inputs.

I highly recommend getting the membership. Relaxing music and the great ambience!
