I'd rate them a 0 if it was ABSOLUTELY possible.

These philistines are incapable of following basic instructions. They're similar to a cable company scheduling an installation, on a specific day, at a specific time: vague, too broad, and hardly ever organized.

Because of their genius-level incompetence, they have consistently dropped the ball on scheduling a proper pickup and/or drop-off of my autistic stepson, numerous times, leaving him mostly stranded at school. Additionally, their drivers are cursing lowlives with no form of self-respect, for themselves or the children they drive!

This company is heinous, and categorically despicable when it comes to basic empathy, customer service, and handling complaints. If you have the ability to choose another service, or even drive yourself?

Please, for the love of whatever your belief is, do so immediately. Avoid this company, period.

Not at all satisfied with this company, they are very unreliable. They can be running late most of the time. I had to reschedule my doctors appointment three times out of five time that I needed a ride. One of the rides I got was so hot in there, with no a/c. Over all I am very unhappy with this company. That’s why I’m writing this review, maybe they can change the way they handle their business/situations better.

My son has a disability and uses Handi Car transportation they never get him to his program on time they are so unorganized with their routes and are always lost! And management doesn’t seem to care! Horrible experiences for my poor son!

They are always very polite when u call on for a ride or to cancel. The drivers are usually the same one when u have a set schedule of of pick up time and drop off. But they are very friendly always smiling

It's so nice to have a Company that Cares about Consumers with Mental Disabilities/Disabilities and a program where they can get to and from school each day. The Employees of Handi car take their job seriously.
Some don't consider it a Job but a way to Pay It Forward.
We Appreciate all of you and the Company for their hard efforts.

My son and I have never had a problem with them. They’re professional and every driver I’ve met has a wonderful/funny personality.

They weren't really sure of who and what they were doing and had me freaked out arriving to take my son not knowing why. I guess it was thru TUSD but no one said anything and they picked up the wrong son at first not listening to my son's actual name took him to the wrong school and then back to my home wanting another child of mine I said no thank you.

It's hard for me to imagine why this business only has 2 stars! I am a disabled senior and the drivers have all been terrific! Helpful, respectful, professional and always on time! I have used them several times now and it's always a great experience! Thank you, handicar, for your EXCELLENT service!

As a teacher and club advisor, I rely on
Handi Car regularly to get my students to after school activities. They have been incredibly helpful, and bend over backwards to accommodate us in a pinch. It is easy to schedule rides for my students, and they also help when unscheduled needs arise. There are definitely times when they are late. I try to schedule early to make sure this doesn't interfere with our needs.

Drivers are reckless and management doesn’t seem to care. I’ve placed numerous calls to their office without a response. If your disabled child has to ride in a vehicle operated by Handi Car Inc you should be very concerned! I know I am. Thanks for pretending to care Handi Car.
